This pharmacy is the one of the best in DFW area . The pharmacies team are Very kind and helpful. Not only professional but also they are giving patients the heart. love them Very much .

Sadly, while the people there are very nice, I’ve encountered two major issues that if they continue I will change pharmacy’s. 1st is I have a prescription that apparently now has to be ordered through a central processing center. Which even on auto fill should not be a problem. Walgreens should be just putting in the order to the processing center so I get the prescription on time. Nope, I’ve had to call and inquire for it. I’ve had get my prescription filled else where temporarily because Walgreens couldn’t fill it and didn’t bother to contact me that they couldn’t fill it. 2nd when I call I have been out on eternal hold. One time for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and my call was answered right away. Other times while on hold I’ve just been hung up on. This needs to change. Clearly they are under staffed and running ragged.

For three months, they have had a back order on my common prescription. They don’t give a timeline and can’t access other pharmacies. It’s extremely frustrating

I've been going to the pharmacy here for years. It's never been perfect, but something's changed recently and it's so awful that I'm switching to another store. I put in my order twice last week, only to have it disappear from their system. I arrived to pick it up only for them to claim they had no record of it. They put it in again on Friday, saying it would be ready Monday, when I'm already out of it. As I'm driving away from the store, I look at the app to make sure it updated, and the person had ALREADY canceled it. I put it back in again, now for the 3rd time. I call them today, Monday, and once again they have no record of it, claiming it was just put in about an hour ago. And now they won't have it until tomorrow. This medication causes withdrawals, and the person I talked to couldn't care less. This kind of behavior borders on dangerous.

The pharmacy needs A LOT of help. We kept calling and calling to see if my prescription was ready, it kept saying "in process" for hours. Finally got a hold of someone after repeatedly being on hold for 30 minutes only to be HUNG UP ON. They said they couldn't fill it because "they had questions". Ok, then WHY DIDNT YOU CALL SOMEONE. This drug was oxy for SEVERE pain after mastectomies!!!! Come on, get it together people!!! I'm not a drug addict, I had my breast removed!!! Then they wouldn't refill it until 10:30 the next day. Ok, go there at noon, NOPE! Won't be ready until 4:00. Unreal. I won't be using them ever again!!!

I was serviced second for a photo despite being in front of the line. The staff couldn't figure out how to get a passport photo printed for the people before and had to retake it and work on the machine for about 30 minutes before they could get to me

Pharmacy staff os plain rude. There was a lady who wouldn't help me transfer my perscription. I'm just a sick patient trying to get my medicine.

If you want to go to the WORST and slowest pharmacy in Plano this is it. My doctors office called in my prescriptions on Friday before 12:00 PM. I keep checking online to see if they are ready. Friday goes by, then Saturday, Finally on Sunday, I call the pharmacy. The girl that answerers the phone does not seen as if she knows what is going on. I ask about my medicines. She says that it would be Monday or Tuesday because they are out of them. It would be nice if someone had called or emailed me to let me know. I mean I would have to go a few days without my meds. What's the worst that could happen.....I could have a stroke, or heart attack! This whole ordeal has my blood pressure at a dangerous level. The girl says we can fill your meds with other brands. WHY NOT DO THAT FROM THE START!!!. I tell her I need my meds. She tells me they will be ready after 2:00 PM. I go back online and hit the quick pay button and input my credit card info. That way I can just drive up and get my meds quickly. OH NO....the girl working the window does not seen to know what she is doing. The car in front of me at the drive thru is sitting there for ten minutes, then my turn. She has on a face diaper so I can not understand or hear her. The quick pay DID NOT WORK, huge surprise. I gave her my card and said just charge it so I can get out of here. I'm waiting to see if they charged me twice. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, if you want competent or quick help!

Their pharmacy team lies about having certain medication in stock. And puts you on a repeated hold with out asking very poor service

Great pharmacy but for some reason every time I send meds over there’s an insurance issue for a few days before I can get my meds. I’ve had to verify my insurance three times here but I blame the system not the employees.

I don’t recommend this location to get a passport photo taken. It was sent back by the passport office as unacceptable.
