Do not use the 'Buy Online, Pick Up In Store' option here – it's a waste of time. The customer service was incredibly disappointing to say the least 🗑️.My order was “ready to be picked up” since Friday 12/20 but wasn’t at the store, and instead of helping me with a refund, they directed me to FedEx?, as if the order wasn't processed at their location. If you’re going to offer this service, it needs to be improved. Customers shouldn't be passed around. If employees don't like their job, maybe it’s time for a change. I won’t be returning due to the poor customer service in store 12/23 @ 8:30am

The “photo ready” date and time said 10/21 at 0830. When calling at 1800 later that evening to check the status after not having seen an email that it was ready, the canvas I had ordered still was not ready and I was told to call back in fifteen minutes because one employee was on break and another employee was out for the day. I ended up having to go into the store since I didn’t trust that the canvas would be printed. Eventually got the canvas, but then the cashier almost couldn’t figure out how to use the payment method on file and originally thought the Express Pay option wasn’t there until he tried again.
Store needs basic customer service and improvement on phone etiquette.

I always go to Walgreens but have recently moved from Dallas to Plano and there is a Walgreens literally at the corner from my new place. I went to get some photos made and introduce myself as their new regular customer. I am thrilled. Thank you.

My mom has been Dr. Kolhe’s patient for over a year. The doctor is great, good bedside manners and quite responsive and we’ve been happy going there even though it’s 30 mins from my place. The doctor works with another lady called Mia who is also a very extremely patient, forthcoming with information relevant to the patient’s care and warm. Both of them, I would rate a 5/5. Unfortunately, recently we’ve met another employee called Nicole (we’ve never met her until this month). While she may have experience in her work, she’s very unwelcoming and not warm. The first time we met her, we honestly thought she was sick and even asked her and she said she wasn’t. No one is saying to be lovey dovey to patients, but being a nurse is one of those where you’ve to want to interact with patients. For example, basic customer service manners like welcoming people to your facility with a smilie, answering their questions without cutting them off is something we expect. My mom doesn’t want me to write this review but I believe their facility and the company should know and other potential patients deserve to know too. Again I can’t speak to her qualifications, but I can speak to her customer service as I’ve had an encounter with her twice in person and neither left a good impression on me. That’s the reason for this rating.

The customer service at this location has gone out the window!!! You call ... you get put on hold, with no one speaking to you ... this happens multiple times and then you get hung up on??? I'm not sure what is wrong with this place, but management needs to do something! I've been a loyal customer of Walgreen's for years, but it's probably time to find a new pharmacy and one that has better customer service. I'm tired of giving my money to people that don't care about you!
would have given zero stars, but I had to select one.
Come on, Walgreen's, you can do better than what you are doing now!

Aug 2024 - Website says pharmacy open 7 days a week and till 10P on Sat. Arrived Sat at 6:15P and found out store closes at 6PM and closed on Sun. Employee asked if I needed help and when I said what the website says, he said "Oh..." then turned around and walked away.

Today I got to experience what it feels like to be treated like a handicapped person. I am 70 plus with hearing disability. The pharmacist came to the window and tried to speak to me on the phone intercom. I told him I couldn’t hear him. He tried again and then just walked away. What an awful way to treat people.

The pharmacy needs new employees. It’s confusing to have 3 ppl speaking at one time.. 1st person said we can order the item, or you can come in to see if it’s on the shelf. So I went in and nothing so I ask can it be ordered. The 2nd person went to see if they have it there already. Here come the 3rd person saying drive around to locations to see if I can find it. I guess she’s giving me gas money. What a joke.

Seriously can't use Western Union here because they can only handle 750$ transactions. How are you supposed to pay bills here with such a tiny limit??

The restroom is filthy. I was waiting for my prescription and needed to use the restroom. I felt like I was going to get a disease just for walking in there.
