The pharmacy needs new employees. It’s confusing to have 3 ppl speaking at one time.. 1st person said we can order the item, or you can come in to see if it’s on the shelf. So I went in and nothing so I ask can it be ordered. The 2nd person went to see if they have it there already. Here come the 3rd person saying drive around to locations to see if I can find it. I guess she’s giving me gas money. What a joke.

Seriously can't use Western Union here because they can only handle 750$ transactions. How are you supposed to pay bills here with such a tiny limit??

The restroom is filthy. I was waiting for my prescription and needed to use the restroom. I felt like I was going to get a disease just for walking in there.

Absolutely do not get your prescriptions here if you have a chronic illness, especially chronic pain. The pharmacist Kaitlyn will judge you, you will be met with nothing but disdain and rudeness. She will lie to you about regulations that don't exist. She will try to withhold your meds from you. She has some serious issues and should not be dealing with patients at all. Her rudeness doesn't just affect patients either. She is rude to the other staff as well. The staff that does the actual work are so great, very friendly and always willing to help but Kaitlyn is angry for no reason. Seek help. I tried to let things go, thought people have their bad days but there have just been too many instances. I didn't want to report her to the board but at this point, this woman has a vendetta against me and there is not telling how many other paitents lives' she's negatively impacting.

I just got some new prescription with a new doctor and the staff here was very courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to get my meds. Thank you

I will NEVER get my meds at Walgreens.For the past two days I've been trying to pick up meds for a neighbor but Walgreens has been closed. I know we're having an ice weather and a lot of things are closed but come on! They could have gotten one pharmacist in and only opened the drive thru! People need their meds and can't always wait!Even the Walgreens on the other street is closed. CVS across the street from them is open.Walgreens, that's horrible customer service especially since you deal with life saving medications.Heck! If Whataburger can be open, so can Walgreens.

Had my Dr. To call in for refill, and evertime the pharmacy tells me that the Dr. Needs to put the directions on prescription because he called it in as a new prescription that's bull because it's a refill this is not the first time this has happened looks like I may have to go back to cvs to get my meds. Seems like this store is totally incompetent. REALLY TIRED OF THE SAME OLD STORY.

The pharmacist Sisi is outstanding! We were having terrible issues with our insurance carrier (Aetna sucks) and he did everything he could to help us. He called several different carrier contact numbers to try to rectify why our insurance suddenly said we didn't have prescription benefits. We appreciate you helping us and advising on what we should do so this doesn't happen again.
