Called to check on a prescription. Got put on hold 8 times before someone finally answered. Was told all but one was ready and it would be done in 20 minutes. Went to pick up an hour later. Got ignored by staff for a while and then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fill the last prescription which was just a mouth... read full comment

Made an appointment online for a flu shot at 5pm. Got a text reminder, clicked the link that I was there when I arrived. Walked in, they were ready for me and took me immediately. Took 5 minutes max. Great service.
