I had a bad experience in this branch.
I had an online order and when i took it i checked and while i was in the store; one box was semi crushed and the other one was completely ripped and when i asked for a replacement, the cashier was not nice or owned the issue at least or apologized for the inconvenience but she offered to tape the box and that's it..although afterwards she offered a refund and take the box back only after i argued.
Can you please don't give your customers damaged goods and stick it in the bag and depend that the customer won't check the bag except after he leaves the store.

Worst experience at the 4130 Legacy Drive Plano, Tx pharmacy. They ignore you. Even if you are one foot away from them. I have went to other Walgreens and had good experiences but this one is the toilet bowls of all places. 👎👎👎👎👎

Extremely Unprofessional Service. They are always late on refilling my prescription. They also insist on using my old legal name despite having it updated legally and with the insurance and doctor. Why? Because they don't think I'm a 'real' woman and that their personal beliefs gives them the right to be negligent and disrespectful like this to their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never going to Walgreens again.

The service has been very bad here for dome time. They open at 8 you get there at 8:20. Then have to wait 10 mins for someone to attend the drive through. There are many e samples I could give like this. I have switched most of my to CVS.

This store seems to have issues following company policy. Both the management and cashier refused to price match an item from the walgreens website despite the fact that the website clearly states that items can be price matched from the walgreeens website upon request. This item fit within the parameters for an item that could be price matched according to the walgreens website. This is the second time I encountered this issue while other walgreens stores have had no issue price matching items for me as long as it met the requirements. To the store manager 'Lisa' it is time to read up on company policy.

They don’t make it ready on time. Every time they are asking 20 minutes. Why it is not ready before I come here.

The store interior was clean and bright. The staff members were very friendly and helpful on answering the questions and processing the transaction.

Two Indian women are super rude and always pass the buck on the customer, very unprofessional, unhelpful. Highly don’t recommend this site.

I've been waiting in the drive through for more than 20 minutes when there's only 1 car ahead of me. When it's my turn, I've sitting there waiting for at least 6 minutes to finally come check on me. The pharmacy itself was not busy at all. You can see there are 2 technicians inside.

Poor service. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. See the other reviews. Why in this day--customers post reviews--do workers still practice poor customer service and why do employers lose money employing them? Makes no sense.

They lost prescription. Then, once they got it back, they told me it would only be a partial, and the rest would be filled the following Monday. Monday rolled around, and then the estimated time became the following week, leaving me several days without my prescription. Only reason it's not a 1-star is that the guy working the window was genuine, professional, and understanding of my frustration. Otherwise, abysmal operation.
