I had a unique situation crop up with a glitch in the system and a time sensitive prescription refill and more. And DESIREE went ABOVE and beyond to get my son's medical needs met immediately. She even called another pharmacy and personally spoke to the pharmacist to have them check their stock. She was efficient, professional, and extremely nice. I saw a negative comment in this thread about her from a few months ago. Look y'all, these folks are extremely BUSY in these pharmacies. The stress must be enormous because they aren't exactly making lattes. I entered the conversation calm, prepared and respectful and was met with the same. This wasn't my Walgreen's but it is now. YOU ROCK DESIREE! p.s. Walgreens, she needs a raise!

I primarily use this Walgreens for all my pharmacy needs. My family and I have been using this pharmacy for at least 15 years now. The service has always been good until about 7 months ago. It seems that every time our Doctor sends a perscription here now there is always a delay of some sort and it never used to be like this. The app will say your perscription will be ready at 11 am, then I will get a call and email saying there is a delay , we are running behind and will let you know once it is ready. Or it will be there is a problem with the insurance that we are looking into once it is resolved we will let you know. Or we are reviewing your perscription , if we need more info we will contact you or your perscriber. It's been so bad that I have to call my benefits person/express script to have them look into it and call the pharmacy. After that the perscription somehow gets filled or even then my benefits person will call me back and say that it will be ready in an hour. Yet and still a hour later I get a message from the pharmacy saying it's delayed again because of some problem. Of I have something really going on and need my medication my condition only gets worse because I can't get my meds. This is the first time in years that I have thought about using another pharmacy. The service has went from 5 star to 2 star for me and my family. This is just crazy especially when health is involved. I don't know if the pharmacy staff has been overwhelmed as of late or what but this is just crazy.

The Pharmacist here is phenomenal. Has been here for yard and is excellent at what he does. Wish we could clone him. He also gives Sushi a dog treat.

There was no greeting from the team members when entering the store or walking around the shopping floor.
The restroom was quite dirty and had the bad smell.

I am a physician. Sadly I have several terrible experiences with the pharmacist Desiree LO. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and a racist . She fails to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with patients and doctors. She is extremely arrogant, doesn’t listen, changes her statements, she. Is disrespectful, talks loud and screams over in the conversation. This pharmacist who also happens to be the manager of the pharmacy, her behavior is simply unacceptable. We are also considering filing a complaint with the state board of pharmacy or the pharmacy's management.
In future I won’t call in medications at Walgreens and also let other health care professional know, unless Walgreens hold her accountable for her racism and hatred towards doctors and patients.

Pharmacy seems very unorganized at times. I shouldn't have to wait 30+ minutes for techs to find the prescription that I was told was ready for pickup.

Desiree Jurenci ‘The Pharmacy Manager’ is rude & condesending. If there was negative rating that would be my choice ….Several Zero’s for DESIREE’s CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS… Awful attitude toward a sick patron waiting without a mask when website says they offer masks upon arrival. I will not be coming back to this location if she is on duty?? RUDE, RUDE, RUDE…

This Walgreens stands out above the rest of the wonderful Walgreens in this area. From the greeter near the front door to the pharmacist and assistants, everyone is so friendly. All of employees are helpful & seem to be happy working there. The pharmacy has an especially great/wonderful/efficient team. They are friendly and concerned about making sure you have everything you need. They seem to know many customers by name & really care about customers. I highly recommend this store & pharmacy.

I regularly have trouble with Walgreens filling my prescription. Recently I requested a refill of a prescription that normally costs $0.95. They charged me $873.99 because they didn't bother to submit to insurance to cover the cost. I called and was literally transferred 9 times only to have the final contact tell me that they had to submit a "ticket." Now my only recourse will be to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Flat out Walgreens sucks. They have lost my business forever.

The employees at the drive through window are on a power trip. I pulled in at 1:58 pm and was told to drive around because the window wouldn't open back up until 2:00pm I didn't. I stayed parked for a full minute and a half... looking at her behind the glass losing her shit. Idiot.

Had a dire question. Called pharmacy at 8:45 pm. They closed at 9pm. Was placed on hold for 15 minutes until after the phone lines closed. On the 4th time my call cycled back I heard someone say "I got it" and put me on hold again. On the 5th cycle they just let it ring, then the system hung up on me. Called on June 16, 2023. I don't have words for my disappointment.
