Desiree Jurenci ‘The Pharmacy Manager’ is rude & condesending. If there was negative rating that would be my choice ….Several Zero’s for DESIREE’s CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS… Awful attitude toward a sick patron waiting without a mask when website says they offer masks upon arrival. I will not be coming back to this location if she is on duty?? RUDE, RUDE, RUDE…

This Walgreens stands out above the rest of the wonderful Walgreens in this area. From the greeter near the front door to the pharmacist and assistants, everyone is so friendly. All of employees are helpful & seem to be happy working there. The pharmacy has an especially great/wonderful/efficient team. They are friendly and concerned about making sure you have everything you need. They seem to know many customers by name & really care about customers. I highly recommend this store & pharmacy.

I regularly have trouble with Walgreens filling my prescription. Recently I requested a refill of a prescription that normally costs $0.95. They charged me $873.99 because they didn't bother to submit to insurance to cover the cost. I called and was literally transferred 9 times only to have the final contact tell me that they had to submit a "ticket." Now my only recourse will be to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Flat out Walgreens sucks. They have lost my business forever.

The employees at the drive through window are on a power trip. I pulled in at 1:58 pm and was told to drive around because the window wouldn't open back up until 2:00pm I didn't. I stayed parked for a full minute and a half... looking at her behind the glass losing her shit. Idiot.

Had a dire question. Called pharmacy at 8:45 pm. They closed at 9pm. Was placed on hold for 15 minutes until after the phone lines closed. On the 4th time my call cycled back I heard someone say "I got it" and put me on hold again. On the 5th cycle they just let it ring, then the system hung up on me. Called on June 16, 2023. I don't have words for my disappointment.

Sadly, both the lead and cashier made no effort to help me. I am an avid shopper at Walgreens and love the sales and coupon clipping on the app. The product I wanted for some reason at their store didnt work. The app said 2 for 5 but they made no effort to help. JOSEPH AND FATTETH...CANT SPELL HER NAME. very disappointed. They just said sorry we cant help you. Its not about the dollar...its the principal of delivering good service. I will stick to the Walgreens in my neighborhood. Even though their printer is broken and they apologize all the time that the incentive coupons dont print. Lolnwither place makes an effort to make a loyal shopper content. First world problems i guess.

This is the closest Walgreens to me so I have to use them due to convenience but the pharmacists are always so rude. Not to mention there's always a problem with my prescription being filled. I understand that it is a controlled substance but there's no reason to be so disrespectful and treat patients like idiots

My usual Walgreens is on Park by Willow Bend, but I came to this Walgreens today because my usual pharmacy was out of stock for my prescription. I picked up my medication from a very nice pharmacy staff member and then did a little shopping. Then I met a wonderful gentleman working the front register named Christopher. He was so wonderful and truly made my day! Thank you Christopher for being such a joy. Please let him know what an amazing job he is doing.

This rating was prompted by the amazing customer service we received from Desiree from the pharmacy department. She took the time to listen and understand an issue we were having with another pharmacy, then went above and beyond by calling that pharmacy to straighten it out. She stayed on the phone with them for over an hour, and did not stop there. She made arrangements so that we would not be without the medication in case things don’t go as planned and then, even more, she took the time to call me to explain everything. All of this during the busy holiday season, just before Christmas Eve.Desiree was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I cannot say enough how my interaction with her has elevated my confidence in this pharmacy. She is a treasure and I want to make sure everyone knows it.

The staff here is pretty nice, the pharmacy is good too but if you have the bad luck of having to deal with the manager prepared to be yelled and not be talked over by him.You can't ask any questions without him talking over you and finally yelling.I try to avoid this location at all costs.

The young man that works in the pharmacy ( he is a tech) is so professional and polite. The pharmacy always answers the phone and if I am put on hold it’s for a short time. The turn around time to get my medication if I walk in store is 15-20 mins. Which is not bad for not calling ahead. Highly recommend this location!

today I went into Walgreens for my appointment for the new booster shot. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and I did. However I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my shot. So I was there for a total of 35 minutes when it only took her less than two minutes to give me my booster shot. They should and can do better!

Very bad experience with this pharmacy. Amy, the pharmacist here is very rude and sarcastic. I came to the indoor window for a COVID booster appointment. Amy was attending the window, but was very short with me. She requested my documents and credentials, rudely asked why my birthday wasn't written on my covid card, then walked away to attend the drive-thru. When she came back she aggressively asked why I put away my identification. I asked why she was being so rude and she claimed she was too busy. She then told me that I should ask her if she was done with what she was doing. She sarcastically and mockingly asked me if she should've said, "hello! how are you???" in a childish and cheery tone.This pharmacist, Amy is extremely unprofessional and insulting. I cannot believe someone would be so rude to a customer.
