Pharmacy can change brands without notification and if you aren't happy (after you pick it up and get home) they will not do anything to rectify the situation. You are on your own to call around to find the brand that you have been taking. Then you have to call your doctor to explain the situation and refill somewhere else. Then you have to call your insurance company to see what can be done for them to cover the replacement prescription that Walgreens screwed you on the first time. Customer service is severely lacking!

The pharmacy operations manager, as she called herself, is incredibly rude and somewhat incompetent. She gave me a one day refile of a months script without telling me. When I called to find out what was happening and why they didn't bill my insurance she preceded to talk down to me as though I did not know how insurance worked. When I told her I understand very well how insurance worked I have been on this medication for over 8 months, and have been filling at this location for years and only recently had issues with them not billing my insurance. She spoke down to me again as if I was a moron. Then I said I just need my prescription filled and I need you to run it through my insurance please, thank you. She started to interupt me and I said I really just need my prescription and need it run through insurance, please. She tried to say I still didn't understand how the process worked. I had to call back 4 more times because she kept yelling at me then hanging up on me. When I called back the second to last time she answered and I asked to speak to anyone else she told me no, if I wanted to speak to someone else I could come down in person. I told her I was unable to come down in person, I just needed my script taken care of could I please speak to anyone, she said yes but then continued to put me on hold for 15 minutes, every time she would answer she would just hit hold again and let me wait. I finally called back and got Tim and he was supper easy to work with, had it cleared up almost instantly and was going to fix the overcharges that had been made because the lady would not be bothered with running my insurance with not problem. The other person should not be allowed to work with customers, and if she is not going to do her job properly and cost customers $100s of dollars our of pocked because she does not want to be bothered with insurance, she needs to find a new job.

Pharmacist had terrible customer service. Wouldn’t talk, or speak when I was waiting to just ask for an appointment. Seemed a bit awkward, but still could respond properly rather than avoid speaking altogether. Very odd interaction.

The worst pharmacy. Takes forever to fill prescriptions. Waited for them to fill a prescription only to be told after that they had just run out. Don’t waste your time; there are plenty of other pharmacies around.

Called four times and they hung up on me each time. On the fifth time someone finally answered and when I told them what happened they said they were busy. It makes total sense that they're busy but maybe answer the phone and ask to put someone on hold instead of just declining the call at a literal business. I would have happily waited on hold for an hour if someone just bothered to have decent customer service. I even called the store manager on the third time and they declined the call. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very very long time.

Great service and experience always at this Walgreens location in Plano, TX.You'll always find great deals of the Walgreens brand and other brands.Genuinely friendly staffers and management are helpful and provide great customer service. * I recommend this location for all your Walgreens needs.

Do not honor their own coupon prices. Ridiculously rude. Changing all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

There is a lady named Grace that is a front cashier. She is a very rude person. Has no customer service skills. And apparently she doesn’t like white people. I will go out of my way next time to go to a different Walgreens or CVS.

Had an appointment for the Covid vaccine. Showed up only to be told that they had not received their shipment that day. Yet their website shows appointments available throughout the day. Wasted trip.

Pharmacy is not friendly or helpful. They are sarcastically assisting people. The bald pharmacist asked if I had questions about my medication and I did, to his surprise, he was not helpful but condescendingly aloof for sure! Either the guy was ignorant or lazy. They also have a poor notification system so you could be waiting forever if you don't call and speak to a rude(slightly racist) person. I'm going to recommend CVS to fill my scripts.

If I could give this manager a zero I would. Completely horrible and no human skills. Came during lunch with my two kids to drop off two packages and he refused to print a label or scan it. Never coming here again.

This location has gift card fraud going on. They sold me a card with a 4 digit pin, when I called the company they say their cards can only be redeemed with 6 digit pins. I still had my receipt and no one wanted to do anything about it. No refunds! They knowingly sell fraudulent Nike gift cards and get away with it.
