I shop here a lot especially since I have been with this Walmart for my whole life as I live nearby I had one bad experience where I still haven’t received my money back I bought something and got charged for 3 in total staff were rude and not willing to help me but this Walmart is still chill

No one is EVER in electronics. I asked 2 people to call someone over and they both told me ‘no they should be there’.Walked half the store and there is nobody.

Over the years I have been to dozens and dozens of Walmarts, but never have I come across a store that is noticeably a cut above the rest. More specifically, the staff are just top-notch. The head of the apparel department, Maria (think that's her name), Was so kind and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy doing the work that she does. Not to knock Walmart in general, but you typically do not see that level of enthusiasm or intentionality from the employees. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to think of a place that rivals the customer service of this location. Most impressive.

It took almost 5 weeks to get my first pairs of glasses (I ordered 3). They gave me headaches, blurred vision and didn't work, so I returned to eyedoctor who re-examed me and looked at the glasses and said they were wrong and needed to be remade. The progressives were all in the wrong location and they never asked to see my old glasses before measuring. The changed the progressive and the lens material and after another 10 days I went to pick up the new glasses. Again, totally mismeasured, couldn't see out of the reading portion except in one spot. When I went to pick them up, was told only 2 pair were ready even though all 3 were in the tray. The department is grossly under staffed and most are not trained correctly. When I tried to return them, it was another almost 50 minute wait, and then the rep didnt know how to do the return, and the store manager also fumbled. so, after watching them make numerous mistakes for 15 more minutes left to await optical manager. They say their prices are competetive but when I returned to my previous location, I again ordered the same 3 pairs and paid less than 50% of what Walmart charged. Won't ever make that mistake again!

Money services only have one person working and there are 6 people in line. I called the store only for no one to answer the phone. Just a waste of time. This area should always have two associates or someone that can be called for back up

Walmart when I can expect my paycheck and W2? Last I checked, I don't work for but but seeing how I am doing all work for you. Your low prices aren't worth it.

This Walmart happens to be the Walmart that is the most convenient for me. At least I thought. Because of its location and hours. Well location anyway. Okay. My first experience with this store was a phone call. I needed to return a battery I had bought at a different location. When asked them for automotive dept. They told me that they didn't have an automotive dept I had to call a Supercenter?? So Being new to the area, I thought that they were just a small grocery Walmart that they do have here in Plano Texas. For months I was paying high prices at the convenience store or Uber going to a much farther location. Then I decided to take a walk to that Walmart down the road . The little one. To my utter surprise it WAS and IS A FULL SIZED STORE! So okay I'm a pretty laid back dude so I let roll of my back. The there is so much wrong with the people who are working at this store. I mean it is a personal thing. I thought it was odd when sometimes they would halve exactly what I needed for a extreme price. Right no because it was always just a few dollars more than I happened to have? The Employees at most all the Walmart's I've been to where always cool. Just your average family guys and gals from the neighborhood. This place is like out of a Steven King novel ! The accociates avoid any kind of assistance. When I ask someone on the floor where something is. The actually point me in the opposite direction. And these are grown adults! Supervisors Ten times worse OH ! Not to mention NO APPLE PAY! AT THE REGISTERS???? Walked 4 miles that night for absolutely nothing! Service department has no one there at times. When they are most likely to have customers. They flat out lie about having merchandise and what there duties are . I could go on and on with the problems at this store. No wonder there is no wait at the lines. And they are nice at the door because it's likely there just happy to see someone returning. Worst Walmart on the PLANET

This store was great I thought. Till they decided to change it up and now on any day at any hour they'll be a line out the a$$ to check out. Because lord forbid they get any of their employees walking around doing Diddley squat to check out the customers. they've decided to take away normal check out lines for I don't know what reason. What they need to do is add more self checks. 7 is not sufficient for this store because one is ALWAYS broken.

For a Walmart Supercenter, this store is about average. On this recent visit, everything was getting moved around, so I'll have to go back and see if I can find where anything is! It appears that they are changing the aisles to be perpendicular in relation to the front instead of when they might have been parallel before in the Home Goods side of the store.

My car caught 2 flats so I had it towed to this location. They have a sign that says they guarantee tires within 48 hours. Unfortunately they do not support that message. After 48 hours I called and was told the tires will be there the next day. Everyday I call there's a new delivery date or the system is down. I tried to speak to the store manager Rinada but she has never returned my message. The area manger George (479)544-8125 does not return calls either. The one time I spoke with him he promised I'd have tires "the next day" but he stopped responding. I've been without a car for a week with no apology or an offered resolution. I've called the customer service corporate line 2 times and they couldn't help me either. Which was unfortunate because I held on the phone over an hour both times. I missed the entire first week of my new job because this location failed to provide me with realistic expectations.

I purchased a Kangaroo camera on 7/6. I ended up not needing it so today (7/31) I went to take the camera back. With the receipt in the Walmart App the electronics manager refused to accept my return because I am outside the return window (according to him is 14 days). Printed on the desk & my receipt says 30 days. Then proceeds to tell me my serial numbers do not match so they cannot return it. He then accuses me of stealing or trying to return a different product. IT STILL HAS PLASTIC WRAPPERS ON IT! The manager blamed me for not checking serial numbers on all pieces in the package before leaving the store. IT WAS SEALED IN PLASTIC!!! The employee that rang me up is standing in the background & says nothing. Not saying he has to remember me but it's your login that rang me up. Never once did the store take any responsibility for them selling merchandise that doesn't have matching serial numbers within the box. MAKE THE EMPLOYEE OPEN ALL PRODUCTS ANS MATCH ALL NUMBERS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING!!! Or better yet don't shop here!!
