Complete garbage location. They don’t accept returns. “Our manager doesn’t air it”… Go to literally anywhere else.

Update: lowered by another star. New bags are atrocious and you can't get them open. They found some magical bags that are exactly one molecule thick and you can't get nay traction on them unless your hands are outright wet.
Gonna start off with honesty, I don't know if a 5 star Walmart exists in 2024, since we don't have any 24-hour ones left. This is a neighborhood store, but even they have kinda rough hours, especially during the summer, when you want to go somewhere nearby for ice-cream. Two new things that make it suck to come here: the unnecessary pickup spots on the left side of the lot (this is an absolutely vapid choice, the pickup door is on the other side of the store, and those ten spots are just reserved for flipping you the bird now), and the frequent stench of weed floating in and around the store. Its not the morality, it's just that it smells disgusting, like an open sewer. Thankfully the store is well kept, and the crew works hard to keep it that way, ev though the Waltons can't be arsed to upgrade these machines to tap-to pay, since they want to keep your credit card data to track your purchases.

Went to buy clearance bread, some cheap carrots & dog food. I had tons of change in my purse and thought I would get rid of it (came out to $8 in quarters & $2 in dimes/nickels). Went through cashier cause couldn't use change through self-checkout. THE LOOK, the rolling eyes, the attitude I got was horrendous!! She told me to go and use the coin machine, I said I've already got it here. "OH I have to count it and took her sweet time to collect the quarters", and I asked does the machine charge me. SHE didn't answer. I said, Oh well there's no line up behind me anyway and I helped to stack the coins. I again asked 'does the machine charge' and finally she coughed up - 'yes but it's a small amount'. WHAT EMPATHY for a person who has to use their 'change' to pay for food!! I said even 'one cent' is too much to charge me right now. I will never say again "POOR WAL MART WORKERS" - the attitude and condescending tone and words - left me floored. She didn't even look at me when she gave me the receipt and didn't even say ONE WORD to me going!! CUSTOMER SERVICE went out with dish-water at this particular place. HORRIBLE!!

I'M DISSAPOINTED THAT THE TOP 10 NEAREST PARKING SPOTS HAVE BEE CHANGED TO ONLY 'PICKUP'. THIS HAS TAKEN AWAY 10 OF THE CLOSEST PARKING SPORTS WHICH ARE NOW BARELY BEING USED. MY LAST 3 VISITS, THERE HAVE BEEN NO CARS USING THESE SPOTS. PUT THEM BACK WHERE THEY WERE,,,,,,, ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE.....

This is for the Pharmacy side; I had to take a prescription every week on the same day, well I went Saturday, and she said that they do not have it that she will order and arrived on the 4th, guess what is Tuesday and now another person told me that the shipment hasn't arrived!!! that I will have it tomorrow. Totally unorganized and hard to rely

Dear Walmart Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your grocery delivery service.
For the past four years, I have been a loyal customer, consistently relying on Walmart for timely and quality grocery delivery. Since the onset of COVID-19, I have utilized this service regularly, often paying for delivery. However, my recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
Last week, I noticed that an item valued at $20 Royal rice bag, was missing from my delivery, despite being charged for it. I promptly reported this issue, and I was relieved to find that there was photographic proof of the delivery, which confirmed that the item was not included. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have not received a refund.
Since October 2nd, I have been assured that this issue would be resolved within four hours, yet as of October 5th, the matter remains unresolved. This lack of follow-through is particularly disheartening, especially as I have often overlooked issues with spoiled items without requesting refunds.
As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive a refund for an item that was not delivered, and I should not have to continuously follow up on a mistake made by your service. I sincerely hope that this feedback will prompt a review of your processes to better support customers in similar situations.

The store is organized but cramped, but the parking lot lights are on during the day. This is shameful and a big waste of electricity. They could've used that wasted money to pay off their employees.

last week, I was their and I bought cucumbers ? and burped green tomatillo.the taste was very bitter, I don't know why. I'm going to put the whole thing back because it's hard to eat. Please taste things before selling them to people. you should throw away all the cucumbers and these tomatoes. always I gave you 5 stars, but I'll give you 4 stars because of this

Convenient, not as crowded as the huge Walmart. Decent selection. But it's still just Walmart.
