Drove 18 miles here to the only Walmart in the metroplex that says it has a particular item in stock. Wasn’t on the shelf. I figured I’d make sure they didn’t have it in the back, since the app said in-stock. I had to hunt down a couple of insanely unprofessional teenagers to very reluctantly help me look up the item. They said it’s not there, they only put 1 out at a time and Walmart says limit 1 per customer. Insane. Thanks for a huge waste of time Walmart.

This Walmart stocks the wrong sale items and labels them wrong and won’t honor their mistake. The manager hat is there during the afternoon is also rude when you try to get help at the self check out.

If I could give a zero as a review I WOULD! This Walmart is unprofessional. Me and my 4 year old child walked into the bathroom and to our surprise an employee had her foot on the toilet bent over shaving herself! I shouldn’t be walking in on an employee (black girl with badge that said tiara) shaving in the families bathroom and left behind hair as well in the sink. it’s GROSS! This shouldn’t be happening and the staff needs to get under control. Then the girl had the nerves to act like we were invading her privacy and as i was apologizing she called me a aggressive slur under her breath. Walmart do better!!!

I literally just walked into buy some noodles and all of a sudden two white male managers followed Mr on aisle watching me. Assuming I'm stealing I think they were racially profiling me. I'm a black girl short afro ride electric scooter you sit on. But left scooter outside store. I noticed them staring Me down as I grab noodles. I then go to leave aisle they tried to play it off I was passed, they wanted me to walk in front of them as I was leaving aisle so they can racially examine me so I said no ill walk behind yall and they moved up I walk to aisle, magically they popped up at a near by register still staring me down, ridiculous felt like I stepped back in 1800s. All I had was 4 packs of dollar noodles
I walked back on aisle to see if they would follow then back to register and checked out! Alot of walmarts always assumed I'm stealing I'm over them. When I first started shopping here it was OK but now things are changing. One time the people in back a black female manager tried to keep one of my grocery bags I came back for. When I came back in they were laughing till I asked for it and they realized I caught on to them not giving me one of my bags from the back I came back to pay for. I had to run home and grab my other debit card so they held my groceries when I came back they gave me everything except my snack bag, I left and then came back when I checked my bags. Stop discriminating for the white managers, and stop being messy to my fellow black woman and who ever else some of the female workers.

Been coming to this location for six years now some of the employees working in the store can be rude and will not acknowledge you are assist you if you need help. I have encountered some nice employees over the years doing the grocery pickup at this location. I have also experienced discrimination in the past here but I continue to shop here because I have the right to and this neighborhood Walmart is closer to my home. But I have seen it change a little over years I now see a more diverse staff working and shopping at this location now. Today I had to buy some cold and flu medication for a family member and one of the front end cashiers had to approve the medication on the register since it was medication to make sure I was of age to purchase it. The front end cashier assumed the medication was for me and said rudely to me don’t get me sick I said excuse me, then she quickly walk away and went back by the manager. I didn’t get her name I could have reported her to her manager right then and there tonight but her and the manager was so buddy, buddy I decided not too. I just decided to just do a review instead to let other customers know about this experience I just had. The manger saw and heard her I’m quite sure but did nothing to correct her actions the employees shouldn’t just assume you are sick just cause your buying medication I would have never came out to the store if I was and no matter what no customer should be treated this way at all this was so unprofessional and inconsiderate of her.

I buy some of great value products thinking they were not organic but atleast healthy. Noticed great value cottage cheese has carrageenan in it. Never buying this brand again, Walmart you can do better than this. Putting such harmful additives in our food is the worst you can do.

I have been a shopper at this specific location for years, specifically, mainly as a customer in the pharmacy. Natalie, one of the behind the counter workers, was extremely patient and eager to help me and my elderly parents. Initially, she greeted me with a gorgeous smile and made me feel not only welcomed but valued as a customer.
Natalie's willingness to go above and beyond in assisting not just me but also my elderly parents during their visits truly stands out. Her patience and empathy in addressing their needs, often requiring extra time and attention, have made a significant difference in our overall satisfaction with the pharmacy. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort and understanding of medications and any concerns we may have is commendable. Natalie's professionalism and kindness have undoubtedly made her an invaluable asset to this establishment and we will continue supporting this specific location!

I do not know what is happening with produce. But it has not been fresh. I bought tomatoes and lettuce for a salad two days ago and they already have mold on them. I also want peaches but they were bad and had fruit flies on them double yuk Location 3312 Preston RD Plano tx 75093. Watch out the produce your buying from this store

I have been a regular at this store for quite a few years now, a lot of the cashiers are teenagers but are super kind! Natalie, one of there cashiers is extremely compassionate, understanding, and always smiles! Her dedication to providing excellent service sets a high standard for the rest of the cashiers and makes me look forward to shopping there each time. I love this store.

The employees stare at you like you can’t see them staring at the checkout. It’s rude and I will start going to another Walmart. I come to this store all the time but I will stop coming. The guy who works to bring the baskets is very nice and friendly. If someone complains about an associate being to friendly is just an idiot!!!
