This Walmart is the absolutely worst Walmart I’ve ever been to and trust me Walmarts are my store but after my experience with the manager who was over customer service/money center on 7/2 around 3pm was disappointing. As a manager / shift lead / team lead what ever you would like to call walking out on someone and not assisting is very unacceptable. I asked her multiple times to get me a store manager and not a team lead and she lied and said she called for one that never came I had to walk towards electronics and ask a sweet lady to call for a store manager to assist me . The Indian lady over money center just walked out the front door and ignored me as if I wasn’t a paying customer that needed assistance. I recorded my whole wait time for a manager to come speak to me and it’s at almost 35 mins before I found out the Indian lady lied and never called for a store manager cause she knew the information she provided was inaccurate… ALL AND ALL TO SAY I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN ILL DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 mins to go to the one on park and the tollway at least the store manager is available & their shift leader aren’t so crappy.

Visited the sporting dept to buy a bike for my son's birthday. It took 10 minutes to find help. First one, Jenny, didn't know how. The second, Hassan, blew me off in front of his supervisor because he was leaving. Encouraged by his supervisor to help, Hassan proceeded to help while continuing to show attitude. Even encouraged me to buy a display bike that marks and scratches. Said I can't get one still new in box. After telling him he could be nicer, I finally had to end my interaction by telling there's a fast way to lose a customer, said this was it, then I left empty handed. Do better Walmart.

The store has many of the necessary school supplies, but we spent a lot of time searching for items due to the lack of organization. However, it was not busy at the end of the day, which made it comfortable to gather what we needed. Overall, the store needs more organization and cleaning.

Worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Automotive department, Lead guy call himself Joseph is being a RED NICK, refused to return my 4 days new battery that was acting up.
So as the lady cashier at the automotive department……
Never buy anything from that store ever again till upper management takes corrective action….well done screwing around ?

The reviews about waiting 2+ hours for tires are legit.
Had an appt for 1pm. Bought the tires and paid all the fees ahead of time. Showed up at one. Asked how long it would be. At least two hours. I reminded her (Diania?) that I had an appointment and she was unapologetic about the fact that it just meant that “it held your place”. (To what? Wait!? Lol)
So THREE hours later I got the message it was ready. They didn’t even reset the tire sensors.
Just a mess.

I used to love this place,but now not so much. Also, you will be hit up by spectrum and reliant and their own walmart plus people. Just wanted to go in and get a coke..... they used to have so much variety, but very sad to see it go down hill.

Nice flowers kept at entrance. Walmart Supercenter (8801 Ohio Dr.) is a one-stop shop for all your general retail needs. They offer a wide variety of products, including groceries, electronics, clothing, furniture, home goods, and more. This Walmart is open every day from 6 AM to 11 PM

They keep the cheap ear buds locked up. This is several minutes into a wait for service in electronics. Talked to 2 people. Neither could open a case to get 4 dollar ear buds out. Employees are always friendly here but short staffing an area with everything locked is pretty stupid.
