Been banking at WF since 1984. I went into this branch to find a line of 8 people. One teller and possibly the branch manager standing beside the teller but not attending another window to help any of those waiting in line. No other employees visible. I turned around and walked out. The branch approximately 1 1/2 miles away closed several months ago. Why would this branch be so short handed with less available branches to assist? This is the type of issue that will drive this 40 year customer to another banking institution. ?

Had account with bank for over 5 years. Went to deposit reasonable sized check from my mother. After being given an extra hard time about the amount of money I was trying to deposit , I can only assume from my tattooed appearance, the branch manager Meah, who had stepped in mid deposit, placed an additional hold on the check for “odd signature” as soon as I left. Fast forward two weeks, the money is available finally, and after the issues associated with merely trying to deposit it, I decided to wire it to an account of mine with another branch. Upon showing up to make this transaction, meah, the branch manager from before, again stepped in to do the wire transfer. After trying to tell me my newly issued ID (same one I deposited the check with two weeks prior) was invalid because the ID on the account from 2017 was somehow more recent than the id issued in 2022 (bank manager that can’t do math?) upon pointing out that 2022 was in fact, after 2017 we continued. Fast forward another 15 minutes, wire still incomplete, I ask if there’s a problem, as I see Meah is now analyzing an image of the previously cleared check from my mother on her computer. Specifically citing that she remembered me from the deposit, she then responded with “she was just doing her due diligence” which I guess is just profiling people based on how they look considering it was a cleared check that would have absolutely nothing to do with said transaction. At the end of it all with all the information given to her that she had required to complete the transfer, Meah informed me that the banks wire transfer systems were down for the day, but only at that specific location. I have not been this insulted by a professional individual in my life. Cant put your money in this bank and apparently can’t get it back either.

Great environment and employees are helpful. Sandy is the best! We first went to her in July and her service is consistently excellent, we are always coming back to this location.

Opened a account on a friends advice. I deposited 5 k and now they closed they account because of some letter sent. They said we will send your 5 k in a cashiers ck and you can open a new account. So absurd and inconvenient…wow Wells Fargo you really know how to win over a customer…

Came for a business withdrawal on a busy Saturday but the staff was kind quick and helpful! Our tellers name was Christian and we also had help from the banker named Francois. Great personalities at this branch!

I have been going to the Wells Fargo at 15th and Custer in Plano for years and ever since the previous management team left and a new management team took over this branch. Customer service has ran downhill. I went in yesterday just to Cash a check and it seemed like nobody behind the teller counter knew what they were doing. I have gave serious consideration to leaving Wells Fargo and going to a local credit union instead. Only reason I haven’t is because moving accounts is a very difficult process especially when one of your accounts is an IRA. Every other Wells Fargo branch I’ve been in, Outstanding customer service. 15th and Custer avoid at all cost. Also one another note I have an account that is for a friend of mine because she gets paid in cash and there were some mishaps on the account. They said they would not service the account because she was with me and she was not an authorized signer. When the account was originally opened. They had no problem servicing her or the account regardless if I was there in person or not. The branch at 15th and Custer is snobby and unprofessional to keep it simple. I will either be doing my banking needs with a different Wells Fargo or leave Wells Fargo all together. That just shows that they are just out for your money not to actually help your financial needs. This particular branch is absolutely worthless.

I called to get a list of authorized signors on an account. The online representative shows that I’m the only authorized signer, which I know it’s not correct. They told me to go to the bank to have them look up the authorized signors.I went to the bank and they said they would not meet with me without an appointment. Which has to be made online when I get back home.By the way there was Not a single customer in the lobby.Banking made difficult and non existent customer service.

Sent from the other branch. Come to recut a cashier's check. They don't have a manager on-site. Ask the people which branch has a manager, been told to Google it myself.Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have dealt with.
