Made an appointment to see a banker for this morning. Needed to open another account (already a Wells Fargo customer). I drive to the location to find out that there are no banker’s available this week and that I would have to come back next week. Did not get a phone call or text notifying me of the appointment cancellation. What is the point of having a scheduled appointments on the website but not following through with them? If you don’t have bankers, then why make the slot available? What a waste of time. This is the second Wells Fargo branch that has done this to me in the past two weeks. Terrible customer service. Wells Fargo is really going downhill at this point. This branch being no exception. Do yourself a favor and find a different location

Went to the preston branch first, where I was told that they have shortage of bankers in that location. I asked the lady that if it is necessary to book appointment to open a new account as when you try to open the account online, there is a mention somewhere that you can just go to the nearby branch. She replied that it is not mandatory and I can go just walk-in any nearby location. So I went to this location where fortunately there was a banker available but she will not be able to open an account before afternoon or have to come other day. I believe it is super inconvenient if the bank you are keeping your money has no walk in service and every time there is a requirement of appointment, specially for a bank with Wells Fargo’s stature. It would be completely understandable if it was the peak COVID period but now it sounds completely stupid. I have/ had accounts with Chase, PNC before but never had to go multiple branches for any reason or leave without fulfilling the need, which was in this case.

Tried charging me a fee to put a name on my money order. My normal wells fargo bank has never done that in 10 years banking with them.

I have been a customer of WellsFargo around 6 years and this is the worst branch I have ever deal with , I have been coming many times and had appointments and every time I found the bank closed and no one even called and canceled , that is really ridiculous.

I had the worst experience trying to open a new checking account with this bank in this branch. They have no definite answer to any of the questions, all they would answer is contact the customer service, I mean, you’re sitting there doing nothing. Aren’t you a part of customer service? If all you would answer sitting in a branch is talk to customer service, why are you sitting there, why don’t you go home and save some money for Wells Fargo, so that all customers can directly talk to customer service over phone instead of driving all the way to a branch. Most useless branch and useless branch employees ever.If I could give less than 1 rating, I’d do so, and I’d recommend anyone going to a branch to have answers to a question, not to go, as these people don’t have a clue what they’re doing.

Attempted to call their local number and was on hold for over 27 minutes and still no one answered. I was told that I could simply call in order to get a new debit card and still have had no help and no debit card. Worthless individuals using the pandemic as an excuse. If Walmart, the malls, and churches can be open no reason a bank lobby can’t be open by using facemasks

This branch exceeds excellence in customer service, customer relationships and most importantly they ensure every visit I do I leave satisfied and with my duties needed performed. I appreciate Natasha most importantly for her dedicated sincere satisfaction she has given me and my friends and family. This is the trust I want when working with my finances.

What bank does not have a restroom for their customers to use? Not to mention I am pregnant and they would not let me use the staff bathroom. So rude. I had to drive next door before being able to take care of my business there.
