I had an appointment with them and i was late 10 minutes. And they gave my appointment to someone else and said that they can’t do anything about it since they already gave it to someone else. And i had to leave because they had only one person that took appointments

Coleton is rude, not helpful. I had an appointment with him, he didn't greet, smile and look the whole time. He didn't explain things clearly but I had to press yes to go through the procedures. While I wanted to cancel one of my accounts, he told me I need to transfer the money online and wait 24 hours then call the customer service or I came back tmw. But teller said he could do it today. I went back to him, he still didn't want to do it. I had to keep asking then he did it. I told him he had No customer service. He said, "Haven't I cancel the account for you?" If I can choose no star, I will.

To make short if you do care about your financial accounts personally or business, please don't ever think to step in this branch, that is why it has one of the worst reviews between the branches. Here is the scenario:I had an appointment at 2.30 to open 2 accounts one personal and one for business with average $50000I arrived at time, no one of the banker there, one guy behind a cashier window asked me what do you want literally this was his question, I told him i have an appointment at 2.30pm.His wearing informal clothes, he said okay you can wait, I waited for 15 minutes without seeing any banker, after 15 minutes, the same guy with a very aggressive attitude came and asked again what can i do for you, I asked him are you banker, he did even look at me and asked again what can I do for you, I told him I need a banker and I have an appointment at 2.30, why it is late he didn’t even try to show any kind of respect, repeating I'm keeping saying what can I do for you.I felt that if i would stay for another 1 minute i would humiliate myself. I said now I know why is there isn’t one single client inside the branch.I left right away.I'm not sure if there is a branch manger do really care about his branch or nothing is really care about the business after all the bad reviews from the customer.Shot down this branch if you do really care for your businessBy the way I opened my accounts with another very respectful and reputable bank rather than this pullshit of called Wells Fargo

Now i can see why the reviews are bad for this branch, today is the worst experience I have ever had with Wells Fargo before for customer service. Imagine I need to withdraw a big amount of money and I totally understand sometimes the branch won't have that much $100 for me which I was told that only $20 value of the cash they have for today to be withdraw by the lady. And then after 5 mins, another customer can have $3700 withdraw with all $100 value of cash. The lady didn't even know what is wrong between there after we caught that, we were supposed to know if we can have partial $100 value of the cash to make us more convenient. To my surprise, the lady kept emphasizing that's why she was offering if we wanted to take cashier's check. I really hope this lady could use her brain to think about it why we only want to withdraw money by cash rather than check, am i stupid and don't know what is the difference between cash and check. No apologize for next 10 mins, and just arguing and asking if you want to take some $100 value of cash right now. I was so disappointed on complaining and still hoping she can understand what was going wrong and what we need at that moment. If you don't want to do your job, just don't come to work instead of being brainless and keep saying excuses. Please have your right attitude against your work since you are doing something related to customer service, NOBODY wants to have a bad day starts on a Tuesday morning.

I came in for the 2nd time to close my father's account after his passing (the first time I was turned away because I only had 30 minutes and was told it would take much longer). It took an hour and a half on hold with the back office in order to close the account. I've worked at financial institutions for 11+ years (2 of those at Wells Fargo), there is absolutely no reason it should take an hour and a half to close a single account when I had provided all the proper paperwork to do so ahead of time. The back office had received and reviewed my paperwork the week prior and had decided to freeze the account since I wasn't able to stay in the branch for the full hour to close it the first time. Because of that, it took even longer the second time because they said they were having trouble removing the freeze. The freeze should have never been placed to begin with because there had been no transactions on the account in 9 months and I already had an appointment to come back days later to close it. The woman on the phone was aware that I was sitting in the branch waiting for her response and yet she still kept us on hold for nearly 90 minutes. The customer experience around this transaction was just ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone bank at Wells Fargo, ever.

Do not Bank Here Ever! Opened a Business Account 3 months ago. Simply deposited a Cashiers Check. Was told by the Tellers Id recieve funds the next day. Needing to have another cashier check for 8k like I withdrew that day. I'm a small business owner and had an opportunity to buy a new trailer before it went to auction. Not only did they but a hold on a Guaranteed check they moved the time to the 27th from the 18th before they would fund it! They are unapologetic they do not care for the small businesses that frequent they are establishment. There is an excuse for everything but no answers. And as a minority Wells Fargo has a bad reputation this only proves my point They are what we thought they were! #Trash

If you are going to temporarily close a location, mark it so on Google. The company I work for charges $125 per hour, a 15 min detour to a temporarily closed (unmarked) bank cost them $31.25. This needs to be a MANDATORY corporate policy for all managers!

Corrupt, liberal, political, don't deserve the business! These people couldn't manage a one-car funeral. Neither can others big banks like Chase, Bank of America or Nike and others we made successful. Leave these companies and let them fail! My family will be pulling millions in investments from these jerks and we're moving all our assets to conservative non-woke companies who appreciate customers and not poke them in the eyes because they can.

Be careful of slippery when entering this branch. There is no slippery sign and I fell and hurt my hands, shoulders, and knees, but this branch didn't say sorry, and they didn't admit this injury. I've been on this branch for 10 years, but now I'm scared and can't go.
