Same issue as others. 12 people in line, only 1 employee behind the counter, other employees sitting at their desks not helping. Poorly run, can’t imagine fixing this is difficult.

I was waiting to talk to a banker Gloria flores but she just watched as the line grew to more than 5 ppl. There were several bankers present without customers and nobody was helping. Slow branch that doesn’t care about its customers time.

Made a withdrawal through the ATM machine and it gave me bills that I can't use anywhere. I tried to redeposit it back into my account and it won't accept it. Coming back in person to see what can be done with the bills. This is ridiculous.

This branch does not seem to be run well. I’ve not had issues with visiting the teller and doing normal transactions BUT they do not have a walk up ATM, which is a big inconvenience for me. Plus wait times to see a banker to open accounts or do other special transactions are long. Even if you make an appointment, 30 minutes to an hour delay is typical. I once had an appointment to see a banker and ended up waiting for 30 minutes past the appointment time only to be told the banker was in a meeting and I’d need to reschedule.
I started going to the branch at corner of Preston and Parker instead about 1.5 years ago because this branch is so terrible.

Do not bank with Wells Fargo. I opened up an account on a promo. The account I opened online wasn’t working so I went in to this branch. They had to close the account I opened on the promotion. They said since the issue was on their end and since no activity had occurred on the account closed that I could open another account on the promo and that they would honor it since I had no previous accounts. 90 days has gone by and the promo has never been deposited into my account. I cal and they tell me my account is ineligible because of the previous account that was open makes me not a “new customer”. I was going to stay with this bank but when they are too cheap to honor their $300 (chump change) promotion for reasons that are their fault and no fault of my own then that just shows they do bad business. If they can do right over $300 then just imagine how unreliable and untrustworthy they will be with larger amounts of your money. Not trustworthy! Don’t ever open accounts or Trusts with banks you can’t trust.

Terrible customer service. Go into update a CD that was renewing. Say have to make a appointment and they are 2 weeks out. Grace period 1 week and renew at lower rate. Try on phone and can't do on weekends. Not a great place to bank for people that have to work normal hours. That's why some of the online services growing, customer service and ease of online

We had Appointments at 9Am for opening business Accounts three partners show up at this branch tellers just said Banker had some emergency that could not make it we could reschedule you for 12:30, Then we came back tellers just lied that your Appointments was at 12:00 Pm and Banker just left the branch, We Asked for Bank Manager contact number and here is number they gave us, This is Wells Fargo good luck guys
