Beautiful home products with great customer service! I came during the hot Christmas season when everyone was trying to buy gifts for everyone and there was always someone present to help if needed.
They have everything displayed so nicely that it makes you want to get everything!!!
Checkout, even though there was a line, moves really fast. Everyone is super friendly.

I love this Willimas Sonoma location. I really enjoy just walking around and looking at EVERY little thing in Williams Sonoma. I could go crazy and purchase WAY too much. However, on this visit, we were looking for a roasting pan for our upcoming Thanksgiving prime rib roast and I specifically wanted one with no Teflon and free of PFAS. I purchased the large Williams Sonoma brand solid stainless steel roaster.
I was very impressed with Kim who helped me find just the right roaster that did not break the bank. She was so knowledgeable about the product details and I mentioned that and she said she has worked their for 19 years. Wow! She also helped me find a good instant read meat thermometer. All items worked out so well for our Thanksgiving meal. The heat distributes in such a way in the roasting pan that you can totally just make that dripping gravy in the pan after removing the roast.
Maybe one day my husband will let me go back in there and Kim can help me find some more items!

poor customer service. no one wanted to help us. me and my friend are in our 20s, and maybe they thought we weren’t going to spend any money? For the amount of people they had working the floor, NO ONE wanted to reach out and ask for help. i was there to purchase a le creuset dutch oven, and was standing there for so long while the employees just ignored us. i am usually pretty patient with employees, but it was blatantly obvious that they were just ignoring us. sad because this store is so cute!

My first experience with this location was unfortunately a bad one. I walked in ready to purchase a Breville Espresso maker - I knew exactly what I wanted. None of the associates greeted me but they were a little busy. What upset me the most was being ignored by the Breville rep. I stood in the section, staring at the machines and she said nothing. I walked by her, stood next to her and still nothing. A non-melanated couple walked by and she greeted them immediately...they weren't even looking at espresso machines. After that, I stood next to her again while looking at Brevilles and she walked off! I notified the manager regarding why I was leaving...he apologized and that's it. Didn't try to make it right or offer anything. I went to the location in Stonebriar/Frisco and had an EXCELLENT experience. They even brought my machine to my car. I will be shopping there going forward.

The staff here is so great! Mary was so informative with the knives and Matt is a TRUE GEM. He was so kind to my husband and I who went window shopping trying to gather info on pan. I live by the Stonebriar location but when we decide to buy I’ll be coming back and asking for Matt 😌

***To William Sonoma Corporate, I sincerely feel like the staff members at this location cannot perform basic customer service, I have received superior service at various fast food restaurants and the interaction at the Plano location is an absolute joke. I hope the staff at this location would treat its customers courteously, especially when the customers would easily hundreds or thousands at the business.
***To Potential Shoppers, I would highly recommend going to Nebraska Furniture Mart and/or Crate & Barrel as you could buy the same or more items without being treated with absolute disrespect.
Many staff members here truly feel like they are big shots and customers are just here to waste their time. My wife and I decided to stop by on a Sunday and when we first arrived, Rochelle greeted us and let us know we could ask her for assistance.
Sadly, everything else went down hill, plane-crashing style afterward. When we came around to the register area to look at various pantry goods, many of the employees stood and stared at us, and one of the older female staff asked "Has someone already helped you?" in a very condescending tone, which really puzzled us. Later as we came around the corner to the coffee machine area, my wife informed me she felt uncomfortable because one or two female staff members have been making eye contact with her for minutes, as if they were having a stare-down contest. As my wife was talking to me that she felt uncomfortable, one of those two female staff asked "Is there anything else we can help you?" while both of them were looking at our directions judgmentally, the tone was so disgusting that it felt like as if they were literally asking us "why are you still here?" It is very sad and disappointing to say the least.

A Big Thank You to Kelly Adams for assisting us with an issue with our trunk bar. The bar developed an issue afterwards due to a manufacturing defect. Kelly was very responsive and provided outstanding customer service to help resolve the issue. This required a new item and several interventions by Kelly. Thanks also to Chez for his assistance. It is nice to see that Willams Sonoma stands behind the quality of their products. Thank You Kelly for Making A Difference in our lives!

My friend gave me a Williams-sonoma Christmas Peanuts salad plates as a gift.
It said microwave safe but it broke itself when I run the microwave. (I only run 1-2 mins)
I almost hurt myself so I brought this broken one to Northpark Williams-sonoma, and explained to their store manager. And he said he could offer a gift card if I brought back all 4 sets.
So I thought it’s okay to bring Plano store, BUT IT WAS NOT.
Plano store manager, Ely or Eli, she said I can’t return this because I don’t have a receipt and it’s already passed 30 days. And this is a “store policy”.
I understand store policy and this is not first time to buy Williams Sonoma or other store. It's not just a change of mind, it's a defect in the product.
I kept explaining to her but she said same thing again and again. What a wonderful service?
So my husband took these to Northpark store and we finally got the refund with the gift card.
I am so mad at Ely or Eli whatever store manager treated me like a free-rider or an obnoxious customer.
I don’t want to return these if this one is okay to use. But microwave safety plate broke while running microwave. Do you think this is normal?
Ely or Eli didn’t listen carefully to what customer said, just kept saying “STORE POLICY”. I am so sick of store policy.
Is this for sure that Williams-sonoma doesn’t care if customer get the defective item?

The customer service at this store was absolutely top notch. I went in to purchase a chef's knife and was greeted almost immediately, and asked if I needed any help with the knives. The gentleman that helped me spent several minutes going over the pros, cons, and history of each type of knife that they offered. He helped me pick one out, and took me to the register to check out. These days, retail customer service tends to be pretty abysmal, but this was a pleasant exception to the norm. I will 100% be returning to this store due to this positive experience.

Extremely rude staff. Unhelpful and made my wife and I feel unwelcome. Just use amazon if service is going to be a negative experience. Staff was not knowledgeable, unfriendly, even aggressive

Love Williams Sonoma for years but this store is probably the worst I have been to. Not because of the products, it’s because of the people who work there. As soon as I stepped inside the store, I feel the manager and salesperson were judging me on my race and outside appearance. Extremely uncomfortable being there. I would rather drive 45 min to Southlake location where I used to shop. Will never step a foot in this location.
