Bought 2 bags of dried white fungus. It didn't get tender after 2 hours of cooking. Tried 2nd time for 3 hours, still not tendering and i have using the cooking instructions. After checking with my mom, she said it's bad quality or age fungus that already lost its cellular elasticity. I will never buy again from this store.
