I prefer a personal experience rather than "technology-heavy and process oriented" processing (their words) that requires me to enter my personal data on an online platform so that I can be analyzed before my visit. Further, was declined to reserve and discuss my info in person at the advertised first "complimentary Get To Know You Consultation." If offered a get to know you consultation, one would expect to be able to save their info for this time rather than entering all their personal data online prior to visit. May work better for persons who prefer hands off investing.
