Tom was the BEST dealership I’ve ever worked with. He immediately responded to my text when asked about availability of a car. We purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla for our daughter. She loved the car as soon as she saw it. He got it detailed for us and fuel with gas. It was missing backseat covers, he immediately ordered them from Toyota dealership and they arrived within a week. We paid cash! Great price. No extra accessories and fees added to the sale like Big Car Dealerships. We purchased the car on a Monday. We had our tags, seat covers and extra key by Saturday. We will definitely go back to Tom in the future if needing another car.

Our experience buying a car with Tom was painless and so very easy….I’m not sure I can go back to buying a car from a big dealership again! When I initially inquired about the car, Tom responded immediately (at 10 pm). We made a plan to go see it the next day. There were a few things that we wanted touched up and Tom took care of it for us. He went out of his way to make sure we had the perfect first car for our daughter. This is not your normal car salesman. He’s not pushy, he doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need, and is very honest. I had never heard of ZT Financial but Tom has been in the car business for years and years! He knows so much about them and can answer any questions. He even gave us some maintenance advice on some other cars we owned. When it came time to buying the car, we signed a few papers and the deal was done. Easy peasy. Thank you Tom. We will absolutely be contacting you for our next car purchase!

Small dealerships have a bad reputation for being shady, unfair, and dishonest. Tariq (also known as Tom) is none of those things. While his office is small, his willingness to work with customers is as big as his dedication to his family. Here’s why I would encourage everyone to visit him:1. He goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicles are ready for purchase.2. His rates are very market fair. There’s no haggling. What you see is what you get, and it is very reasonable.3. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He puts a lot of faith in his customers, and they in turn want to give that to him.4. He gave me a lot of grace with some paperwork, which he did NOT have to do. He isn’t pushy, won’t try to foist anything on you that you don’t want, and he is very responsive by phone.All in all, this was a great experience in purchasing a used vehicle. I’ll follow up in 6 months if anything goes catastrophically wrong, but Tom was a a great man to do business with.

Just bought a 2010 Lexus is250 from them, they were able to give me a great deal for a cash offer. I looked around through their inventory an have many vehicles with outstanding prices. Definitely worth checking out if you need a vehicle!

Tom really knows about his car and honest about the car history, and gives good reasonable price. He helped me took care of the car and make sure everything is good before selling it to me. When I found out the car had to replace some parts, he took care of them in just a few days. I had been searching for a good used car for a while, he is definitely one of the most honest and responsible used car dear out there. I will for sure recommend anyone with a budget buying a used car from him!!

I want to thank Tom for working with me on my new truck purchase.Firstly I want to say his patience with me was extremely excellent. I am in sales and don't have anywhere close to that kind of patience. I checked everything out on this truck with a magnifying glass due to my previous purchase at a horrible dealership. Tom was there every step of the way providing explanation after explanation. He certainly knows a lot about Toyota and agreed that they are the best trucks to buy. I ended test driving the vehicle about 3 times before purchasing my vehicle which is to me extreme. We officially signed yesterday and I must admit that taking the Tundra home was a huge weight off my shoulders and I feel confident in the vehicle I purchased. I will absolutely refer my friends and family to check out some of his vehicles.He was able to correct anything I didn't like before purchasing the vehicle and he showed me how the 4wd works and made sure I understood the quality of what I was purchasing. Truck is clean and super low miles. I am very pleased with the option I picked.
