First off I want to say this is one of the worst aarons I have ever been to! So we had got a lawnmower from them and when they delivered it, it came on a flat tire! So I called them to come and repair the flat tire and all they did was put slime in it and put air in it! And now here I am again a month later same tire flat and when I called them for them to come back and replace the tire, they wanna tell me that that is not covered under the warranty! So you’re telling me that I purchased this lawnmower that y’all brought to me broken and y’all will not replace it. What am I paying y’all for? This is BS!!!!

It's been a week since I got my Lift Recliner and so far it's been a great experience! I dealt with Sarah over the phone who did the extra work to track down the best value chair to meet my needs and Chris delivered and set it up on time and professionally! As a Disabled Veteran, I really appreciate the great service!!

I called to see if they could repair a couch that I'm still paying for and even emailed them and they sent a man to see my repair request and he said his boss said no to the repairs and that it was just wear and tear. I'm like then why am I paying extra for the insurance if they are not willing to repair what the couch needs smh

They had what I was looking for, and gave me a Great deal. Items are a little bit pricey, but products come with warranty and if for any reason I can bring it back. And when I was in a pickle they were able to work with me!

Purchased a washer and dryer. Washer messed up they took it to get it fixed brought me a whole different one with the same problem but all beat up. Took that one to get fixed brought a different one and it was in worst condition

Was in need of a new refrigerator. I walked in picked out what I wanted and 4 hours later it was being delivered. Took the 2 delivery guys a while getting my d one out and new one in, As my house is small and door ways small. But they did a amazing job ? and I say Thank you to them. And everyone at Aaron's. Job well done.
