Just signed up. Alpha Iron (Virginia) was so informative and welcoming. I was coming in very nervous but with the information given and knowing there are classes for strength and cardio makes me less nervous. It was great to get a walk through to see what to expect before even signing up. Another plus is how clean the space is as a whole. I look forward to being a better me and be part of bigger/greater things.

Just signed up tonight to join the gym.. Joey and Virgina made it easy and they took the time, even though the office was going to close in 20 mins, to make sure I understood everything! I look working out in the gym!!

Have been to literally every gym in the area all of them nice but alpha iron is a completely different atmosphere in a good way. Virginia was extremely helpful and took time to walk me through the whole gym not rushing and very knowledgeable would definitely recommend the gym to everyone front staff will help you with everything you need to know

Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to! And I’ve tried a few in town, the one is definitely my favorite! So many pieces of equipment and free weights available! You never have to worry about not being able to get a good workout in! Also the staff and owners are amazing and so helpful , very friendly environment and everyone respects you and your workout space. I’m loving this gym! If you’ve heard so many people calling it THE BEST GYM in town, that’s because it really is. So glad to be apart of the Alpha family!

Definitely the best gym in town to get that old school field house feel. There’s a ton of equipment and at least 3 ways to do every single exercise so you’re never waiting for equipment to free up. Plus the owners are really down to earth and willing to stop and talk with you anytime which is a huge plus. Definitely my favorite summer gym!

Just started working out here and needed to find a gym and alpha iron gym is the one. Tons of equipment that is organized... the staff is helpful and friendly. They have clothing and pre and post workout powders in case you need some. Definitely recommend 👌

I love this gym there’s so many new machines to work out on and never a line to use them . The staff is so caring and friendly and they help you to achieve your weight loss goals . I highly recommend Alpha Gym in Pleasanton

Started working in Pleasanton and was in search of a gym that I can easily get to after work. I’m so glad I found Alpha Iron Gym! It goes beyond meeting all my needs. They have a variety of machines that target all muscle groups and the atmosphere promotes the right mindset. All staff I have encountered is very friendly and helpful!

Why this isn't a 5 star place, I'll never know. Employees are friendly, members are respectful, and rules (I love the rules) my favorite rule is that we can't stare at anyone to make them uncomfortable. That was my biggest issue in any gym. Love this gym.

I highly recommend Alpha Iron Gym. Their Customer service is friendly. The staff is willing to meet your individual fitness desires/goals.The owner “Virginia” personally instructs some classes and will modify workouts if needed.Staff is supportive & encouraging!!
