My car got a gash in the tire over the weekend. I was able to get it towed to their place and they got me in the next business day. I showed up for my appointment time and my car was already done! With how stressful this situation was for me they sure made getting new tires easy. Jackie was also super sweet and super quick to respond to my emails that morning. I also love that they will help with any future holes and rotations!

Very disappointed im sad to say ive been a customer in the past of beasley tire aas looking forward to near future tire purchase and business with them but after this past weeks experience will not would not ever bring another vehicle there!!front allignment if was done at all which i dont believe was was worse after i brought it to them if anything and was called in less than an hour after dropping it off for allignment and tire rotation even left a hefty tip for mechanic just to discover afterwards absolutely everything about the service was a complete disappointment!was going to purchase tires and have other work on another vehicle that wont be happening its ashame to spend over 200$ and have nothing to show for it .

We had a flat. Took it in to get patched. Tire was not fixable, not a problem. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude stating we should have known it wasn’t fixable. It was punctuated right in the middle of the tire. No big deal maybe she was having a bad day but when my wife got into her vehicle the steering wheel was covered in grime. That’s unacceptable. Clean your hands first or clean the steering wheel afterwards. What respectable business treats their customers property like that? We won’t be doing business with Beasley Tire again.

Got a flat road tripping past Pleasanton. They got us in right away, even helped unload the cargo area to get to the damaged tire. It was fixed and back on the car in less than 30 minutes. After, the tech let our kids pull the trigger on the air wrench. Excellent customer service!

I came in with a bubble in my tire. They helped me get back on the road. Great waiting area with hot coffee and clean restrooms. Customer service was top tier too.

Took a tire in for a flat a while back and that patched it in a reasonable amount of time (30 or so minutes) and about a month later came in to get a a rotation and balance and my truck sat on the rack for an hour after they finally got to it and they “balanced and washed my tires because there was more tread in the front than the rear” on a rear wheel drive pickup so they didn’t rotate it turns out they swapped my passenger side tires front to back but not my driver side. Not only did they not do what I ask and do an incomplete job they make me pay for it they gave a completely outlandish excuse for what they did or rather didn’t do. The purpose of rotating tires is to ensure even wear of the tread and how will they wear evenly when not rotated to the drive axle. Whether there was a miscommunication between technicians or ignorance for the job they provided very poor service.
