Robert Serna is an absolute liar. We were first on the list for a vehicle that was “on the way”. We were patient and waited over 90 days while staying in touch weekly. The vehicle comes in and sells it to the 2nd person on the list. Claims phones were down and couldn’t call us. But, he was able to call #2? He could have called/emailed or driven to our office down the road. Absolutely unacceptable.

2020 GMC Denali Truck under warranty(22k miles) broke down, towed in to this dealer for repairs, dealer cleared codes and said truck is fine. Charged me $328 saying it wasn't a warranty issue. On way home, same issue. Paid twice for towing same issue. Avoid this dealership service dept. Scam artist. Dealer alleged out of fuel yet 1/4 tank and same issue.

Terrible management. Came in from out of town to purchase a vehicle, I was told that someone else was also coming from out of town to look at it but was still available. I walked in first, turned in the credit application first at full asking price yet the manager informed the salesperson that another application was going to be submitted. I offered to pay cash. They said they would only sell to who ever had a trade-in. I agreed to trade-in my vehicle and they offered a ridiculous amount. They ended up selling to the other person. What ever happened to first come first serve????I was able to buy elsewhere where my cash was appreciated

Bought my second vehicle from Putsch Motors just two weeks ago. Couldn't be more happier. Terrible post-purchase customer service. Purchased 3 months ago, Front tire blew out and come to discover the spare was physically destroyed when I purchased the car. The tread had come away from the wall and the inner tire was bursting out. So there was no way it could be used. So there I was stranded on the highway. Called Pursch and they told me too bad for you.
