Worst service ever all the way around from local store to Cricket Wireless. Trying to use an old Cricket phone that is the same as a Tracphone that got damaged. They cannot help you unlock a phone unless you have an active account and a picture ID. Plenty of other documents that state who the person is and a person to verify who they are. Exact words...we have never unlocked a phone at this store. Seriously?? No access to account because they keep texting info to a non-working Cricket number so the person can request it be unlocked. Corporate is no better. Store sends you to corporate and vice versa.
I recommend looking elsewhere for cell phone service because these people are not about helping the customer

The worst! The sales lady was so slow and knew she had a few people waiting continued carrying on a meaningless convo with the person she was helping by talking about her past jobs and personal stuff. Stating things about her kids and her working at stripes. They honestly need to do better and work quickly and more efficiently.

Cricket service is terrible in this area, I travel alot through here and we always have to power cycle our devices just to make and receive calls. Cricket is aware of this problem and continue to offer service. Do yourself a favor and choose another provider.

I'm so sorry to say that there is a white lady with a nose ring that is so rude she ruined the whole experience for me I will be switching companies just because of this lady I'll get her name and post it shortly i called and she wouldnt give of the name i assume its Amanda, of btw isnt ill glady change it it'd i get it no stars

Horrible service. Never can stay connected when using hot spot but sure does click my data a away. In the past 9 days I have spent more time on hold with cricket . Strange thing though I stay connected with them but not able to talk, text , or get on any sites but lovely cricket. Why is that

I walked into the store telling the sales lady that I want to buy & change my number to 210 & I bought a IPhone 11 and to change my number from 830 to a 210. But they didn’t let me pay it all at once. Had to make two transactions. When it was all done the sales lady gives me my new number. Gives me 830 when I ask for a 210 I asked for a refund couldn’t give it to me. She calling her boss asking for help! Did another transaction to get a 210 #. This is happening after closing time. We had left & notice we had NO PHONE SERVICE!!!!!! It’s a TERRIBLE Experience!!!! Went back the next day!! It was the same sales lady. So, I ask for my inconvenient y’all mistake can I get a screen protector.. They said NO!! Then, I said I want a refund I didn’t want the phone. But, little that I know I wasn’t going to get ALL any REFUND!!! I paid a total of 568.00 they kept 28.00. I was so upset! It came down to NOT Training the NEW Employees Properly!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NOT SHOP at this STORE!!! This just happened this week!!!!

The young lady working was rude. She accessed my account without the account holder there, then sent me to get a transfer pin I didn't even need. When I came back she told me she couldn't access the account without husband there. She obviously doesn't know how to do her job as she had her manager on the phone the entire time walking her through everything.
