I waited in line for 10 min at the FCB in Pleasanton to then be told, very rudely, that I could not deposit money into my own checking account. Nothing else was explained and the teller completely blew me off. I’m not sure if it was laziness or incompetence.
It was unprofessional, rude and poor customer service.

Visited bank on Saturday. I'm from Arizona. Didn't have an account with this bank. I had $400 in 20s and asked if they could give me larger bills. Answer was "NO". While traveling any bank I went to helped me out. Even if I didn't have an account with them. I think its called "good will and great customer service".Shame on you. Now I know where not to Bank.

HORRIBLE...Notary kept waiting then scanned simple Medical POA for "Approval". Then denied request...this took almost 1/2 hour! Medical Request to have DIL handle decision making...Since a Notary is Simply Verifying Signers are who they claim to be I am Angry there even interjecting into my business...Given this us a pandemic I am Amazed they wouldnt be more intune to my needs...and To OFFER A PAID NOTORY WAS DISGUSTING....SHAME ON Y'ALL

Perfect customer service and amazing business hours. Loan process is super easy, online banking always works great. Staff is always friendly and available to answer questions. The only issue I have ever had is long wait times/lines a couple times per month.
