Something started scraping on the road while driving through and we had to pull over. Called Jeff’s and didn’t even know how to explain what happened or where we really were. They got our details, showed up in 15 minutes and removed our splash guard in less than 10 so we could be on our way. I know who to call next time I’m in town.

I received the best service today. They showed really quick. Chad was so professional and phenomenal. I was so thankful he figured out how to get my vehicle out of the sand. This company is the one you want when you are stuck. Thank you Chad for everything. I truly appreciated it.

Well, our cell reception didn't work well outside of Pleasanton, TX and we had to resort to plan B since we couldn't contact our roadside service since they've gone all digital. My son called for us and Jeff's tow arrived in fifteen minutes! Dillian our driver was professional. With a very clean cab and quiet demeanor we arrived to SA in a jiffy. Thirty miles cost us two hundred and twenty six dollars for the flatbed tow. I know it would have been less had our roadside called them instead but it is what it is. We are home safe and that's what matters most.

Had an unfortunate situation today involving objects on the road. Javier came out to tow the vehicle back to the dealer. He is incredibly knowledgeable about this occupation and a joy to be around for the hour back. I've dealt with some drivers in the past that were suspect at best, but he was by far the best. Great values and spoke highly of the job. I would 100% recommend this company for any towing needs.

Just now, I was backing out from The UPS on Goodwin, and one of Jeff's Rollbacks came driving very fast and almost hit my truck If I had not quickly stopped he would have hit my truck.Abd I would like to add ,for several years ,Jeff's tow trucks run red lights and speed thru this town.One day ,a big law suit could happen.Hope it's not me they hit.

Didn't give me my charge or a receipt for the service told me it was my fault because I had no move the other car out ot the way because I wanted it in the driveway to be worked on unloaded it in the wrong place but was still on our place so he said it was not in the way of the neighbors I had another person that took him the money so I could move the car and he was not very helpful in his part of getting the change either because he couldn't hear what was said overall bad night

We were suck in the middle of nowhere and AAA coordinated a tow with Jeff's. Our driver, Mike, was very nice and professional. He drove 75 miles out of the way to get us, then towed us about 130 miles home. Another 60 miles back home for him, some of it in traffic. He basically rescued us from the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon when most people had the day off and watching football.
On the two hour ride home, my wife and I were completely exhausted from the ordeal. Mike had taken several business calls from others who weelre looking for a tow, and with each call, he was professional, and patient as he helped delegate to his team. Six stars
