Measurement is wrong not a 5 ft x 10 ft. Entrance is 4 foot opening with 9.Ft interior not 10 ft with an 8 ft ceiling. Interior is 5 ft most opening is 5 ft by 10 ft actual Interior in san antonio.

The website was easy to navigate. Did everything online except load the unit!! They offer autopay which is a huge plus. The unit was clearly marked and the facility was clean and well kept.

Avoid renting at this facility at all cost! I’ve encountered multiple issues upon renting. The most frustrating is that no one is ever on site and when you have an issue you have to wait until 7-7 to get your issues resolved IF they answer the phone . Was moving last night and gate going in was working but gate coming out of facility was not working. It was 7:55pm and well within access hours. Was stuck for more than 2 hours inside the gate. Had a coworker drive an hour to come to the incoming gate to enter my code since there was no way of getting to the opposite side to enter code. No emergency number posted on gate or property to resolve my issue. I was contacted the next day by a representative who offered NO SOLUTION other than apologizing and saying if it happens again to leave a message and my call will be returned between 7-7 which are NOT the hours posted on their website! Totally unacceptable! Getting locked inside a facility overnight is NOT A SOLUTION! In addition, the price for my until is not cheap! I was forced to upgrade due to the lack of clean and sanitary units available for the size I purchased online. Check other area storages in town, there are plenty. I sure wish I did!

It was easy and enjoyable working with KO Storage! I was able to do everything needed for multiple units over the phone. Would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

So far so good. Lot's of dead bugs, so it was probably recently sprayed. I hope come summer time the A/C is working as it should be. Move in was easy and painless. Be sure to get proof of insurance if you are providing your own.
