Felicity and Woody were awesome! They were both friendly and changed our battery quickly. They were very engaging and chatted with us as they worked on the car, Woody even changed the terminal as well. All in all, great customer service and friendly staff!!

Our two year old battery died! We brought the battery in, they tested it, he looked it up and replaced it with a new battery since we still had another year on our warranty! Thanks!

S/O to o”Riley’s !!!My battery in my car kept dying on me so I took it to auto zone in Pleasanton to get checked. The lady had me turn off my car then told me she could not check my battery because the plastic Cover over it was a liability. Then told me she also couldn’t jump start me because her machine wasn’t strong enough for my car…… then proceeded to jump start a DODGE RAM.Now I don’t know much about vehicles but I’m sure a truck needs more power than a car. She told me she could sell me a battery but that I’d have to put it on at home…… then left me outside with a dead car.So I called o Riley’s and the manager (Greg) came over and changed the battery for me ?The auto some lady did not look happy she was rude.Needless to say I’ll never go back to auto zone!
