“The prices are what brings me there, but the employees are what make this store. They go out of their way to help you find what you need even if they have to order it or get it off of a pallet in the back. We especially liked the service that we got from Tamera when we visited yesterday.”
“My sister takes her precious little Leo here. This lady is FANTASTIC with Leo! He's an older dog that now has hip displagia. At times his little back legs just go out from under him. She is so caring and thoughtful of his limitations. She always let's us know if an appt becomes available and she does a really nice thorough job! Such great prices for all she does and it takes no time at all!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE DOG HOUSE!!!”

“Great pet store. Ben is awesome! Reptiles, birds, fish, live mice, and more + supplies. Bought 5 beautiful ball pythons and an adult corn snake. Also an Indian ringneck, cockatiel, a sulcatta, and Hermann tortoise. I drive from San Antonio to buy from here because of the great service, clean environment, and quality of animals. Haven’t found a place as great as this in San Antonio.”
