When working the front desk you need to be welcoming the clients with a smile. Not looking like you hate your job and dont have a love fir our pets you should think about another place to work. You are representing your company you are working for.Our pets are not dogs. To me and others they are family .Sincerely not a happy camper

I had my puppy neutered there. I was a little upset because i figured they would have routine surgery during the afternoon. Which gave them time for there patients to be recovered,an monitored. I got a phone call at 420pm informing me he just went under sedation an he had to picked up by 5pm. Which means he surgery was probably only a few minutes. When I got there they handed him over to me an he couldn't stand, was bumping into everything and was crying in pain. Yes I know he had surgery an this is all common. But I was upset bc I felt like I basically recovered him myself. I was not pleased with the way they handle there recovery's part, but I just left feeling like was my pet the only one who had to experience this?

Dr. Mendes and her staff are the kindest and most knowledgeable veterinary folks around. I cannot give them enough praise.

When I took my cat in for an appointment the vet cleaned something he had on the outside of his eye. She injured it and I didn't notice until I got home. I called and sent a picture but was told it was a "stress response" from his visit, to put tears drops and that it was normal. I know my cat. He's 12 years old and has been to the vet many times and has never had a "stress response" from a visit. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and asked how long it would last and if and if I could call back later that afternoon before they close if it did not improve. She just repeated herself. Once they close at 5:00 that's it. Not open on weekends and no emergency service. The person who called back to tell me this had no empathy. This was a Friday. It is now Monday, there is no improvement and now I can't get a hold of them. They do not have an answer service or an answering machine to leave a message. This was a big mistake taking my cat here. I don't feel that they cared about the well being of him at all.

My old lady cat had bad teeth. She had x-rays and 4 teeth pulled. The rest was cleaned. With all of the blood work and shots that was insisted I get it cost 550.00. Now 95.00 a month for the meds she has to have.I loved the gals and the dr but felt like the prices are to high. I think they could come down on the price of the prednisone I have to get each month. 54.00.

One of the worst experiences of my life visiting this place. My pet turtle Jebediah was very ill and needed immediate care, upon entering this forsaken establishment I explained what his illness was. Jebediah had a virus known as Flossindrome. Flossindrome is a disease where brain of the turtle is slowly decaying to the point in which it can only start fortnite flossing. The veterinarians looked at me as if I was insane, they even CHUCKLED at me and Jebediah. Completely unprofessional and insensitive establishment. As I was leaving with Jebediah who was uncontrollably fortnite flossing the vets told me that making jokes like that isn’t funny, I then proceeded to hold Jebediah high within the air and shout “DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A JOKE TO YOU?!” The vets then proceeded to chuckle yet again, this was my last straw. As I was drowning in my emotions I lost my cool and threw Jebediah right at the vets. Jebediah passed away that day, this establishment ruined my happiness.
