Dude at the register said I wasn't old enough to purchase a single can of tobacco.
DOB: 12,24,2002
I'll be 22 this Dec. Showed him my Physical ID. He proceeds to type the date in (obviously incorrectly) and then tells me "it's 2024, you're not 21"
Please re-educate your staff because they're clearly can't do math. Wouldn't doubt he's overcharging yalls customers too 🤷🏽♂️

We have ordered food from Rick’s for many many years. The past several times we have ordered food every single order is wrong. The guy behind the counter does not speak English so there is no way to communicate what you want or what is wrong. We will no longer be ordering food there. They have lost our business.

Absolutely the most unprofessional staff I've ever witnessed working a retail establishment. There were two gentlemen working behind the counter, and they're both too busy chatting on the phone to interact with paying customers (the guy in front of me, and myself). When I cleared my throat to get the cashier's attention, he acted annoyed at my mere presence, and reluctantly addressed me.
I'll be taking my business across the street to the Dollar General, where I'm at least greeted, thanked for my business, and treated with respect.
Whoever owns the place should really evaluate whether they want to remain in business, because with staff like that, it'll be downhill from here.

Trash....Bought a burger and 1 candy bar.Charged 2 seperate transactions which means double the credit card fees....hope the 45 cents was worth it

Called before going to make sure they had my beer brand. guy said yea we have it.. Nope nothing.. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Store went downhill bad

Went to this place to get $20 of gasoline and come to find out they pass on their credit and debit card fees to the customer. It is their expense and they should not be sneaking additional charges on peoples receipts. They charged me an additional .49 cents on my card didn’t give me a receipt as to hide what they are doing. If you can’t make money off of what your selling then raise your prices but quit stealing money from people when the come to your store. I’ll never go back again.

What a disaster of a customer experience. The lobby was closed at 7PM and the drive-through while quick, was problematic. They failed to mention that they didn't have the right size lids for the cups and so my drink spilled in the car.

Wow. Pack of cigs and a soda $11.04 with a covinience fee. Go across the way as this was not convinient. Curbside service would be better. Ricks last resort.
