Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I had a delivery that couldn't be completed and the manager rescheduled it for me the next day. Thank you for the wonderful service. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this store.

They don't tell you when you buy a trailer your basically stuck with it and can't return it. Nothing is wrong other then the fact I should of measured it for what I was hauling but that's not the point. It's in the same condition as when I bought it. So now I'm out 1200 dollars and have a trailer I can't use.

Usually very helpful. Last 2 visits, less than helpful. 1 visit I encountered 3 different sales associates. I had to ask if they had a certain item and was told, “if we do it would be up front”. 2nd associate I ask the same question. I was told “if we have it, it will be outside”. 3rd…Same question. Answer “ I THINK you can find it online”. Very different from what it use to be.

Surprisingly friendly and helpful staff. Aisles are generally neat and clean, even the garden area is well organized. Ordering online for pickup is super easy; an associate brought my items out to my car and wished me a good day. It’s almost a half hour drive to come here but I will keep going out of my way just because it’s an enjoyable experience.
