BUY YOUR OWN TAPE. We brought something in that had FREE SHIPPING, but NOT. You Ask WHY, because We Had to Buy Tape for $4.00. The Post Office is getting EXPENSIVE just like the Grocery Store, Charging for Everything and High Prices. Outrageous

Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever done business with. I pay 80 something dollars every six months for a box and I never received my packages on time. I had a package delivered this morning at 8 o’clock and at 3 o’clock it still wasn’t in my box. I went inside and asked about my package. They said any packages that came in today are for tomorrow. So then I called and spoke to the manager and she gave me the same story, but yet my other packages that came in today were in my box. They are rude and unwilling to help.

They can’t find my address? In an apartment complex in town? That UPS and FedEx have no problem finding? But if i pay an extra $3 they’ll suddenly find it. Their automated phone service is absolute garbage. Their web site is absolute garbage. Any taxpayer funds given to this organization is thievery.

They need to get rid of the young girl. Shes worked there for a while, yet knows absolutely nothing. She'll just lie out her teeth when she gives you an answer because she doesnt know, instead of asking someone who can actually help.Also i keep getting "issues with your delivery" notifications. Sad that UPS, Amazon, etc., have never had a problem, yet the local post office who runs the same route daily has an issue

Anytime I order anything to my home address it gets a failure to deliver "no secure location available" notice left in my mailbox! Then I am forced to go to the post office during their business hours to retrieve it.They refuse to deliver the mail to my physical address! They state the rural driver's only get paid to deliver to the boxes which are down the rd... a few blocks away. When I researched rural postal pay it's advertised at 70k/year! That's not enough to do your job? When I tried to discuss with the post master she was very cut and dry, very short and rude about the whole situation. Claiming the boxes aren't secure enough for any packages of any size. That they have a theft problem! Yet if you can't make it in to the post office within a few days of getting said notice, they ship it back to sender! I'm sick of the lack of service and the disrespect that comes with it. Do your job, or find another one! I'm not getting paid to come get my mail, you're being paid to deliver it!
