I believe they wrote the book for poor customer service. Service out for Thursday to Monday. Tech didn't fix the problem, reset something and ran. Their equipment needs an upgrade, not a band-aid

If there were no stars I’d pick it!! Months paying for a service that seems not to exist! Try contacting….no response! No internet and no one will get back with you! A joke
