I’ve had storage units at a few different facilities in the area, and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The property is always clean, secure, and easy to access, which gives me total peace of mind. Since the new owner, Chris, took over, you can really see the improvements, he’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers and the community. It’s refreshing to have someone who makes communication so easy and keeps everything running smoothly. If you’re looking for safe, reliable storage near Lake Livingston, this is definitely the place to go!

Under new LOCAL ownership so willing to give them a chance. I mistakenly thought it was a corporate non-local takeover like most storage places these days. Proof of insurance request is not uncommon and the state of Texas requires that homeowners insurance companies cover personal property in storage up to 10% of current home value. Former owners were also local and will be missed. Very nice people and I wish them well.

The sweetest owners, they really love their community. Storage units are large and dry.
Highly recommend for your storage needs that don't require temperature control.
