Johnnie is a great manager! She was patient, talked over what options might best suit me and took the time to show me the units. She was friendly & knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend that if you need storage to go to Point Blank and ask for Johnnie!

I rented a climate controlled unit in Point Blank Texas and was told 80 degrees in summer and 50 degrees in winter is climate controlled. This is not climate controlled. I was also told they have carts. They do not. I canceled my rental and found a true climate controlled unit with carts at another facility. I will not use or recommend them to anyone. The only compliment I can give is on customer service.

Over the years I have done business with many storage companies. I will say that CubeSmart has a real gem with Darlene. Friendly, professional & efficient, she answered all my questions and processed my application quickly. I'll also say that the price point for my size unit is attractive and part of the reason I opted to use this facility rather than others in the area.

-10 if I coukd leave that! Rude give wrong addresses to facilities that didn't exist waited 2 hours for my unit because they had the units number mixed up. Rented a space I didn't even use and called 5 days later to cancel it and they refused to give me a refund or even some kind of credit so the lot basically got my $99 for free! Never again will I use this storage company!! Do not use them they are a joke!!!
