Not pleased with there service tech..the day of installation he was 3 hours late and them had an issue and appointment was scheduled for 8am he called and used the same exact excuse that he went to the wrong place and would be an jour late...the 1st time he came you could smell alcohol on his breath.Office personal is good and system is good when it doesnt lose signal but its our location

Service was ok for the 3 years we had it. Only time the alarm went off police showed up over hour later. Alarm company said it police, the police said it alarm company who was slow.
One note that everyone should know though: they come and take their equipment after the 3 year term contract and you are left with holes to repair.
