Greenbriar Pharmacy is an amazing pharmacy with excellent staff who are the best and most kind people. They go above and beyond for their customers, providing great service and affordable pricing. Communication is great, and they will stay late if there is an urgency. Many note the staff are pleasant and super fast. However, some express disappointment, stating customer care is almost nonexistent at times, with long holds on the phone. The pharmacy is appreciated for going above and beyond to help, including in special situations. While some praise the care and pride in work, others feel service has changed. They are considered a vital part of their small town.
Came down with pneumonia and needed to fill a few scripts. I hate going to the pharmacy to fill things. However, today's experience at Greenriars was amazing. Super fast and everyone was amazing. I really apprciate yall and I will be back!
