I try to shop local businesses, but I am done shopping here. The lady at the register has been rude the last couple of times I have been there. Most of the workers don't have any clue about what they are selling. The prices listed on the shelf is often different than what rings up.

Best Small Town Hardware Shop You Could Ask For! The people working here are really what makes this place special. They are super friendly and really care for their community. Always willing to help with their knowledge and expertise. The store is also extremely well kept, never cluttered or unkempt. Love this place

We had septic problems today, & let me just say these people here @ Ponder Ace Hardware are life savers. Eddie & crew helped my husband rebuild our aeration pump which saved us a whole bunch of money, & with these times when its hard to get by this group of people are there to help their neighbors. Thank you from both of us so very much. Outstanding company..

I always prefer these small local hardware stores over the big box competitors. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by two different attendants and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

Went in for the first time today and loved all the things available for the home. We came here to get some things for our yard and for our doors, and we had plenty of options of choose from. Great experience with the staff and will for sure be coming back for my future home improvement needs!

Went back and took my wife and she enjoyed the garden items that they had. We enjoy the short drive up there and the down home treatment we receive by the staff.
