This motel has really gone down hill. Certain guests are being allowed to have extremely loud music Also glass bottles and unsafe activities in the pool area. Very unacceptable and inconsiderate.
We will definitely not come back. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of proper management especially when issues arise.
I’m adding to this review that we spoke to the manager and he assured us that changes and improvements would be made which is great.
But that does not compensate our last night before driving home. We basically lost money!

I was incredibly disappointed with my stay. The room was downright filthy — dirty sheets that looked like they hadn’t been changed, a bathroom that reeked and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and random stains throughout. The internet connection constantly cut in and out, making it impossible to get any work done or relax with a show. Overall, the entire space felt neglected and unhygienic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Clean rooms, close to the beach but not necessarily within walking distance if you have a lot of stuff with you

Rooms were clean. Weatherstripping at bottom of door was half off. A/c worked ok but not great. Breakfast was good.

The place smelt like mildew and the toilet wouldn’t flush the air conditioner was broken we had it at 72 and when we woke up it was a 66 overall not the best experience

Not sure how this place is rated so highly. Paint is peeling off doors and furniture has tears in it and there were cockroaches in the room. I felt dirty just being in the room. The breakfast is very basic. I expected a higher quality room when they are charging $250 a night during the summer. A ridiculously priced run down motel.

It’s a bed and location. Motel is tired and needs some attention- no elevators! Breakfast - get there before 9 am before food is
Gone or cold. Moldy smell from closets and drawers. IHG is better

Good location and staff were very helpful. Rooms would look better if they got rid of the terrible texture on the walls and maybe changed the color. Shower was not washed and taps were dull with soap stains. Toilet and basin was clean. Breakfast was also very basic.

We Got here on Monday and it looked ok at First but Further on the looking the bathrooms are nasty not clean and the Bedroom is nasty along the bathroom oh and the room phone was broken someone broke the phone and they cleaned the room like it was fine you would notice that when cleaning also the pool is nasty they said their was chemicals in it and that was the color of it but on looking up the place google has Crystal clear pool not dark blue to where you cant see it also the management doesn't know her numbers when you say 104 she says 104 exact same thing 104 it's new management but they are clueless on how to run a business so we switched hotels happy we did and my mom got her money's back for the rest of the stay ....

Great friendly, helpful staff. Great rooms and pretty good breakfast, lots of items for everyone for breakfast. My girls loved the pool. Will definitely return!!!

Went to check in and the lady behind the desk was drugged out of her mind couldn't even run a card had to call ems she looked like she was going to pass out kept running someone else's card . Bet that person is mad right now. Terrible place

EDITED IN RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE***
THE POOL HEATER WAS BROKE and required maintance to fix on multiple occasions. The were multiple guests who complained about it and was informed maintance would repair the issue.
I spoke with the manager and was never offered another room and the head housekeeper Nancy pointed out the rusted staircase saying they would put up a caution sign and that perhaps I should stay at your other locationat Seaside. I did take pictures and videos of all the issues and it was reported to the general managerin person and through email and the situation was not addressed so I sent all to corporate as well. I hope they remove Best Western brand from this location!!! I was never offered another room and was told the property was booked full.
The general manager Jeremy told us this hotel has new owners and housekeeping staff and unfortunately the rooms were not clean nor did we receive amenities during our 5 day stay. When we asked for new towels from front desk they were upset and stated housekeeping was supposed to provide them and would only give 2 per day. The bathtub had a rusted cracked hole in it and there was mold around the tub and grout lines. The staircases have rusted metal exposed where you step. The pool was advertised to be at 90 degrees however during our stay it was not heated. I have reached out to the general manager during my stay and he was condescending and didn't offer a change in room nor a discount. He just stated the property is under new owners. This property was once a family favorite for our vacation and sad to say we will no longer stay here.
