As a former boat captain that was at sea for over 20 years believe me when I say that it's extremely important to know the area you fish in . We were 50 miles out at we made multiple stops and each time we got into fish. A friendly and polite crew and staff make the entire experience enjoyable. My family and myself thank you Bill Busters.

Captain Chad is by far one of the best out there! My boys love him and I truly can’t say enough about his professionalism and experience on the water!

Had a great time on our six hour trip. Captain Chad warned us it may be a little rough on the way out but he sure knew how to steer his boat and smooth it out. Got us on the snapper in no time and finished with good sized king fish on the way in. It seemed like we had three deckhands with as good a job as Mate Andrew was doing keeping our lines in the water. Also caught two sharks that were a blast to fight. Already planning my next trip sith this charter.

Took our dad shark fishing for his birthday and Bill Busters was everything we could have hoped for and more. Chad (our captain) was very knowledgeable and answered the MANY questions that we had ? and Andrew (our deck hand) was AWESOME! Customer service at its finest ?!! Don't hesitate and go with Bill Busters!!

I am afraid our experience was not that pleasant. We booked a 10 hr trip on 7/23 and only had a line in the water for 30 minutes and caught nothing. The captain was driving us in circles and refused to put us on the fish. The captain had impairment issues. He had the smell of alcohol on his breath and was vulgar in his dealing with us. He was also "out" during part of the trip. He was also driving the boat toward the bank on the way back. If it was not for the deck hand taking over our lives would be in peril. We should have called the Coast Guard but the manager ask if they could handle it in house. It is our belief that they fired that captain. Bill Busters did refund us but has done nothing toward the costs of coming to Port A. (hotel, gas, food, vacation days) I did request that they give us a 1/2 off a fishing trip of our choice in an email for next year (which I believe is very generous) but they have not responded. We went with Bill Busters two years ago and had a great time and that is why we choose to go with them again but they exercised very poor judgment in hiring this captain.

We had an outstanding trip at the start of snapper season. Not only did Bill Busters put us on snapper, they put us on BIG snapper. Friendly and knowledgeable, the captain and crew were excellent and enjoyable.

We took a 12 hour tuna trip on Oct 15 2020 and had a great time. I have taken several trips over the last 20 years and have never seen a crew work so hard for their clients. Captain Blake, Elena and Jake were the best. Look forward to the next trip.

4 years in a row fishing with Bill Busters and every year we've had a great time maxing our limits on snapper!! Their captains get the patrons on the fish fast and make for a great experience. They're professionals, courteous and running a top notch business. We've fished all over the county and Bill Buster's remains our top pick for best fishing experiences. Will be coming back next year!!!

Booked my first private charter for a Offshore 12 hour trip with Captain Brandon and Deckhand Ralph... We were told it was going to be rough before we left at the dock and went about 3miles out where rigs are when Captain said it was too rough to continue we stayed around the rigs to fish for kingfish got 4 in the boat and then it went dry we trolled around for awhile not catching anything then eventually got 2 jack crevalle but we don’t care to catch them because they’re trash fish, very shortly afterward the Captain called the trip off around hour 8 and we went back in..we paid $2000 for the trip and they refunded $600. Captain told us if they would of brought the bigger boat they would of made it out there. We had a discussion to use the refunded money towards another 12 hour offshore trip but this time bring our older sons along, to give Bill Busters a second chance. We called from home to schedule our next trip and ask the scheduler Frieda to book our trip for June 11th and told her that this next trip we are not going to pay a lot of money again for us to come out with 4 fish .. If the weather bad just to reschedule the trip don’t get us out there then have to turn around and come back in.. she assured us they would bend over backwards and make a note that this next trip to make sure we catch a lot of fish. We said we were going also pay an extra $500 for a bigger boat to make sure we make it out off shore because Brandon mentioned the bigger boat was going to get us where we needed to be because we were confused about which boat to take, all that was mentioned was whether we wanted a/c or not, not the length of the boat . June 11th comes around we get to dock.. Brandon seemed very excited and enthusiastic to go out but also warned it might get a little rough but we told him if we can’t make 12 hour trip then don’t take us he assured us that we will make it out there. As the day progressed it seemed very certain that after we put our limit of snapper in the boat it was very apparent that they were crunched on time and they had no intention to finish our 12 hour trip they were fixing to call the trip. We did get 2 sandbar sharks hooked on but they were released while fishing for snapper. Brandon mentioned about sharks at the docks because he asked us what we’re looking to catch... we asked for us to get on to sharks that we could keep. It felt certain they were going to call the trip Brandon asked us what we want to do and we responded “fish” we kept being told and pumped up about mahi, amberjack, and wahoo and yet to be put on them on both trips it was mentioned. He made a comment about having a place an hour and a half away and said he would go if we wanted to but we were going to get wet and we didn’t care we just wanted to put fish in the boat.. rode out there 45 min then Brandon said had enough he didn’t want to get wet anymore he said he was going inshore, on the way back he asked us if we wanted to catch kingfish my husband said no you already called the trip off just go back inshore. We got back inshore talked to Freddy , he apologized “ I’m sorry it was too rough that yall couldn’t fish” and we told them “we dont feel it was too rough” he responded “what about your boys?”we told them “they were fine they wanted to fish”.. The look on his face seemed surprised that we said that. Freddy charged me 6 hours and gave us $800 back but payed extra $500 for bigger boat and we never made whole trip.Total $3900 for 8snapper & 4kingfish .do the math and tell me that’s not some expensive seafood. I talked to Frieda, told me that the owner would call and he called back and mentioned that they don’t know what the weather going to be like which is BS and overheard other Captains from other charters that morning at the docks said it was going to be rough we told him to “reschedule if we can’t make the trip “but he said “it was going to be fine“.Do all private charters run like this? Is this fair? The owner said we got our money’s worth. left a bad taste in my mouth, Any charters think this is unfair drop your numbe

Very disappointed. Came out from 3 hours away to vacation and fish. Went out to the boat and the winds were extremely high so much so the gave us a larger boat because our boat was not safe to go out. We were out less than 20 minutes when we began throwing up. It got do bad we had to go back in. We where out and back in in an hour. No refund offered. No partial refund. The winds were too high to be safe for inexperienced people. Seasoned fisherman may tolerate this but regular people should not have been out there. Very disappointing. $1500 wasted and very disheartened.

It's hard to rate this trip,We had good and bad on the trip starting with the good, they did get us on fish the captain that helped us the most below was very friendly and you could tell he was concerned about our experience, the captain above was balls to the wall the whole time driving with absolutely no slowing down on any waves and with no concern to how rough it is.The boat would be fine for a group of guys going out fishing but as far for a family things were being slung about falling down such as fire extinguisher tackle, tackle boxes ect,and could have been secured better prior to leaving the dock.We booked a 12hr trip It was affordable at $2300 but my two sons and myself were so sick and couldn't stop vomiting by the time we got to where we were fishing that we were ready to go back in.We did stay and catch 2 good fish but we was to sick to stay.We take multiple fishing trips a each year mostly on big lakes but we have taken deep sea also and never have we been sick before.Im not saying it's the captain's fault this possible could have happened to any captain.Again I give this charter another shot if I took something for sea sickness before to handle the rough ride and it was only guys,I will not take my family on it again.

Brandon and Ralph were amazing! Great trip all around in spite of a sick passenger aboard. Brandon was thoughtful enough to suspend our trip after a recent front moved through. Great advice with a much calmer gulf the day of our trip. Caught our limit of King fish when all the surrounding boats struggled. Thanks Captain and Happy Birthday again to you Ralph!
