Highly recommend! The carts were clean and safe, offered at a great price, and the staff offered world class service. We have rented with Brons twice now and will go back to them every time we are in Port Aransas. We are so grateful for the great memories and experiences our family had at Brons.

No sense in calling ahead to book a cart like they say you can. Booked a week in advance and show up on August 1st just to be told sorry we’re out good luck.

They rent carts hourly! Works for those of us that do not need a 2 day minimum rental like 90% of the other cart companies on the island.

We have used Brons for the past 5 years and their customer service has dropped while their prices have increased. The golf carts are rickety and in need of repair. They were our first choice due to convenience and location. Explore other options with better quality carts. They have kids running the joint and it shows. So Sad- we will be using other cart rental options next visit.

Children. Blocking our view of the kids, we got here at 8am set up early for a reason and your employers told
Us they had a contract to take
Our spots. Repeatedly harassed us and essentially pushed us out of our spot we had been at all morning. Is this how you run your business? This is a public beach. No spots were marked off for reserved when we got here this morning. I will never do business with Brohns ans will make sure none of my friends or family do either.

Wow, the folks with Bron’s on the beach near the north jetty/pier were so very gracious and helpful to us this week. Two gals trying to get their umbrella in the sand. Sweet young men helped drill a hole and assemble the umbrella. Then checked with us several times when the wind acted up. So impressed and thankful! Highly recommend. They were so attentive to all their customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I rented a golf cart and, after carefully reviewing the city’s rules, realized that I could not legally drive the cart to my accommodations. I requested a refund less than 5 minutes after the transaction, as the rental was no longer usable under the circumstances.
Unfortunately, the manager, Lindy, was completely unhelpful. She refused to offer a refund, showed no empathy, and didn’t even apologize for the situation. It was clear that customer service and fairness are not priorities here. I would strongly caution others to review all restrictions beforehand and be prepared for zero flexibility—even in reasonable, good-faith situations.
There are so many other golf cart rental places in the town and we strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Well….what had happened……we had a cell phone drop into the front/hood compartment. We were unable to reach the phone ourselves. Upon arrival back to Bron’s for assistance we were greeted by Greg who was super helpful and Boston who was our hero! He was able to evaluate the situation and retrieve the phone in no time! Thank you both for your help and amazing customer service!

Bron’s came recommended by our Airbnb owner and they did not disappoint. We rented a golf cart there and they were kind and laid back. We came back for some DJd music and hang out time. There’s games and swing chairs for the kids. Just a really nice place to hang out :)
