The flounder was fairly bland and big reason for the knock on the rating . had a couple other dishes that were fine. nothing to write home about.

Tortuga Saltwater Grill was a restaurant with delicious food, friendly staff and beautiful paintings. Our waiter Alex was a great waiter. We enjoyed our family dinner over the weekend!

Great Service! Fresh and tasty oysters! Parmesan crusted flounder was good. Crab encrusted redfish was overcooked, the sauce was too salty and the abundant crab wasn't fresh tasting for $42. Good drinks. Pretty loud environment.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a delicious dinner at Tortugas. Service was excellent and the lobster bisque was off the charts!! We highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Service is always terrific. So nice to have a Port A restaurant that is open most of the time with food that is consistently above average. Wine list is good and resonable.

Our fav seafood restaurant in Port A. Food is the best. Yes it is noisy and sometimes hard to visit but, we come here every time we travel to the coast.

Bartender was nice and attentive. Never received oysters I ordered. Received crab-encrusted fish right away. Overcooked and dry. Rice was gloppy (supposed to be risotto). Asparagus was okay but one stalk was hard as a rock. Very disappointing considering high reciews

Our server, Brian, was very attentive and helpful. We had the boudin balls appetizer and they were very good. My wife said “best ever”. We also both had the Redfish Pontchartrain. While I've had better, it was very good. Overall very good experience.

I had the pasta Acadia with shrimp and it was delicious. My husband had the fish with crusted crab on top, which was really good. His asparagus though was not cooked enough it was tough to eat, but overall we had a great meal

I love the steak at Tortuga's! Excellent quality beef cooked perfectly, all the staff is so friendly and the food is great. Nice date spot. So convenient to make reservations. Great wine selection too. One of the top restaurants in Port A for sure!

Service was not good. We had to request items multiple times and plates were not cleared in a timely manner.
