Loved this coastal getaway location. It was close enough to town, yet far enough away to enjoy the stars in the sky and more beach space! I cannot say enough about the golf cart boardwalk, it made heading to the beach so easy, quick, and effortless! The decor is so fun and fuseball was a blast! Our favorite part was the pool and patio, we spent more time there relaxing in the pool with poolside cocktails than we did at the beach! This house had everything needed and more to make our beach trip perfect! Thank you to the owners of #46 for allowing us to rent this cool space, we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Port A. The Management company was fantastic and took care of us when the original place we booked A/C went out we were immediately moved to another location. I will definitely book with them again.

Awesome clean place! Golf cart and the boardwalk made it super easy to get to the beach. Will definitely get another house from them next year!

If you have small children I would not rent from them. We rented from them and a accident occurred where my 11 month old had a bedside table and lamp fall on him and he had to get stitches. And the only reason he made it into the room with the lamp and this table was because the door to that room didn’t properly close. You can just push it and it would open. We were not aware the door just had to be pushed to open and didn’t latch properly until the incident occurred. I called the next day to file a complaint about the door and to let it be know an accident had happened because the door didn’t properly latch. So they could fix it so this hopefully wouldn’t happen to another kid and I was told management would call me back. Days later I never heard back so I called again and the person I spoke to this time was incredibly rude. She didn’t want to listen to any part about the door being messed up. So just know if a incident does occur and there is something they could of done to help prevent it they will only be rude to you and won’t care to hear any part of fixing something to help prevent it from happening again.

This house was clean and in a quiet location with alot of options nearby. It was easy to get to everything on a golf cart if you choose to rent one. We had a last minute ask for 2 more people & 2 more small dogs to join, and we were approved right away with an additional pet fee. There was a lack of silverware in the kitchen, but we were told this is restocked at the beginning of the peak season. The private pool was very nice. The layout is odd, but there was room for 6 adults. The listing shows Queen size beds, but 1 mattress was a full size. One of the bedrooms upstairs does not have a door to the ensuite bathroom so there is lack of privacy there with no locks on the doors to the bedrooms. This is not easily observed in the photos in the listing. On our 2nd evening, we ordered pizza and within an hour of the box sitting on the counter, sugar ants showed up inside the box and remained in the kitchen through the rest of our stay. Pest control is being called. We made sure to report all items that caused concern, but the main issue we had was privacy with the bathroom. There is hardware at the door frame top & bottom, but we were told there was never a door there. The responses I received were definitely canned responses, and by the time we received an actual update from management, it was time for us to go home (3 night stay). Messages were sent upon arrival as requested. Overall, this stay was not horrible, but some items do need to be addressed and I would have been a bit happier with even a curtain for the doorway to the bathroom.

Great stay as always. Love the choice of properties. Keyless check-ins are the only way to go. And now, they're offering a small discount for return customers. That's such a good way to retain happy repeat customers, so I love this new offer! It will certainly entice me to book again soon.

I have stayed in many places in Port Aransas and Corpus over the past 20+ years but this is the first condo that limited us to one toilet paper roll per bathroom, left us short one towel for the 6 people to use for 3 days (requested on day 1 and finally received the 6th towel on day 3 of our stay plus one extra roll of toilet paper but was told that was an exception to the rule), the quality of the pots and pans were terrible - everything stuck to the pans with the exception of one baking dish, the washing machine is a dual wash/dry and was extremely loud and you could not pull the tray out to put the washing soap in it so had to just wash with water and then the dryer took 5 hours to dry anything in it - again extremely loud. The alternative was pay for the laundromat but having a washer/dryer is part of why I book my condos as we have children and several people. Overall, we were very disappointed in this condo rental. The door was unlocked upon our arrival as the door lock does not work when you have the door all the way closed. You have to slightly open the door in order to have the deadbolt actually shut all of the way - you can tell this door has been attempted by a break in or someone trying to shove the door in. The fan in the second bathroom is also very loud and you are unable to turn it off so anytime someone uses the restroom at night it wakes up the other sleepers as it is one switch that controls light/fart fan. There was 1 extra comforter/blanket for couch sleepers even though it says this unit sleeps 6 but had a king bed (2 people). then 2 twin beds (2 more people). I would not rent this particular unit again without upgraded pots/pans and repairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 8. The elevator and included golf cart were super handy. The views from the roof top deck were amazing, especially at sunset. Kendall was very responsive to our questions and requests.

Out standing stay the house is located in the center of all your needs and is within walking distance the several of the outstanding restaurants. The pool is a amazing addition to the house would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful. Everything was clean and working properly. The apartment downstairs was perfect for our crew! The pool is located right behind the house, so it was easy access for our group. The elevator was great for unloading and loading all of our stuff. We will 100% stay here again!

This house worked great for our family of 8... 4 generations! Having the private pool was wonderful after coming back from the beach.... shower off outside, then hop in to cool off! The location was perfect for us, we rented a golf cart which was great for quick trips back and forth to the beach or market. The place was clean and instructions for everything detailed and clear. We will be back!
