I love the atmosphere with clean, roomy isles, air conditioning, background music that's not too loud. Rarely crowded and well maintained machines. Who knew laundry day could feel so good 😎

The previous attendant was awesome but the lady who has been there the last two times needs some customer service training. She is abrasive and pretty short with the old people trying to figure out the machines.it was late in the day so maybe she had a rough day. Complaining about customers is not a could look.

The place itself is clean & neat. The woman working was rude & nasty to me. I'm not a winter Texan. I do, however, live here. I pay the same money to use facilities. A paying customer should not be treated differently because of the personal preference of an employee. Grow up old lady!

Great location in Port A! Very clean! Beachy vibes and cool crisp AC! Cash only no ATM on site. Just up Ave C from here is the IGA and the bank both have ATM for cash.
Vending machine for snacks and wall hung vending for soap/ detergent/ fabric softener.
Smallest washer on site is 2 load then 3 load then 6 loads.

Clean machines. Even when it's busy there's plenty of machines open. Large washers are a little pricey at 9.25 for the 8x ones. But dryers are reasonably priced. Largest one is 50 cents for 4 minutes so usually end up spending a dollar to get a large load dry. Smallest dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. Plenty of folding tables and places to sit as well.
