We store a vehicle that means a lot to my husband there. Matt is one of the best employees I have encountered at any business in years. I have stored things and frequented businesses all over the country for over a decade. He is THE best representative for a business I have met. Super helpful. Patient. Kind. Professional. Efficient. Without Matt this location is just a clean and secure run of the mill facility. Matt makes this place top tier!! When I was a team manager and coach, Matt is what we strived for in training employees. I would have wanted to have Matt on my sales team. Don't ever let Matt go!

I had been renting with IStorage since before this company took over. My unit was broken into and family heirlooms we had there will never be recovered. It has been 4 months since I filled an insurance claim for the items that can be replaced and still have not heard back. I am truly disappointed in this company, and the way they handle customer issues.

Great and easy place to rent storage space from. Great staff and convenient to Port Arthur RV resort on West 365, where I’m staying for the next 2 years.

I went online and looking for the best storage;what happen was..I typed in-'who doing free storage for first month free' and the only one popped up was ISTORAGE and what was even greater was the largest storage they had was the cheapest:$169 a month-need I say more?

Manager is knowledgeable and friendly. Premise is always clean. I like the easy and gate code access. Glad my family and I chose to use iStorage.

My stirage unit was broken into in November 2020. Several other units have recently been broken into also. Came to find out their back cameras DO NOT WORK!! Only one that works is the front gate. Their front gate is open 90% of thr time and is now claimed to be broken. I would NOT recommend storing any belongings here at the facility.
