I have excellent customer service experience with Mr. Rginald Sutton yesterday. He was very receptive and extremely nice and helpful. He also addressed all my concerns about AT&T plan and billing matter. He did great!

Garbage staff and treats the customers like they are stupid. Tried to come into store and return and item, even if I was mistaken by the time frame when to return an item, the customer doesn't need to be to talked at like a dog. Immediately dismissive behavior and unprofessional staff all around.

I’ve paid thousands of dollars to AT&T over the last 30 years! My iPhone cost $1000. Walked into the store to ask for help cleaning the charging port since it won’t charge and I was laughed at & told to go buy compressed air at Walmart! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! You sell an inferior product and won’t help me maintain it.

This place is useless, not helpful at all when it comes to helping elderly clients. We went into this location to get help with my father’s phone and the manager basically said “We are sales representatives” and you need to call customer service to help you fix the issue. This manager did not show any type of empathy what so ever for elderly clients that are not tech savvy and not willing to stay on the phone with AT&T customer service to help resolve the issue. She dialed the number and waited 25min and she then walked to back and never came out to check on us until I asked someone else to please call the manager. This manager needs training on better customer service skills go above and beyond for your clients. What’s the point of being a “Sales Representative “ but can’t help with issues!

Mrs. Raquel was very helpful! We went yesterday just for information. We walked out with a fiber appointment, new phone line, and new phone. We were not pressured and every question we had, she was able to answer with no hesitation.

My husband and I are new customers of AT&T and we’re having a rocky start until we visited the AT&T store in Port Arthur, Texas. Ms. Jennifer went above and beyond the call of duty to help rectify our issues and made sure we have full coverage. The entire AT&T Port Arthur Team was pleasant and accommodating during our visit.
