I have been a Boot Barn rewards member for over ten years. I come into this store to redeem my points on purchases. It varies from several times a month or once in a while. Today I noticed only one clerk seemed friendly. Another one and the man with a beard and a tan cowboy hat were giving me weird looks. Usually I’m treated with respect and dignity when I come into the store. This time was different. If this kind of behavior continues, I will take my business elsewhere. Staring at me like I’m doing criminal behavior when I’m there clearly to purchase things is not acceptable. Hence the two star rating.

Karen was extremely helpful , very nice. Doesn't usually happen as in the Baytown store. I have walked in that store , walked around looked at Shirts , boots , belts and never approached by anyone. So I would rather travel one and a half hours away for Great Service .

I do not like to be treated as if I am incompetent. I absolutely know the difference in a dirt stain and material that has been burned from pressing with starch.
