We had a prescription that was on back order from CVS 27th street, Nederland so we called CVS on Central Mall Drive, Port Arthur. They got our prescription ready in 15 minutes. ???Shout to Pharmacist Steve for the excellent service and friendly smile when we got there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✅ Highly recommend CVS on Central Mall Drive, Port Arthur Texas

The pharmacist has a hard time counting their medications. I just picked up my medication on the 12 of February 2021, it was suppose to be 30 pills, a months supply of medication. I still had a few days left in my other bottle so I took those first. When I opened my bottle it didn’t look like 30 pills but I just went ahead and took my pill. 5 days later my pill really looked low, I thought I’m going to count these and I had 14 pill left! I recounted it 3 times, and I was corrected! I couldn’t believe it!!! This Is the second time this has happened!!! I looked at the date on the bottle and it says it was filled January 29, 2021!!! So not only was the bottle short 11 pill, the Date was wrong too! This was last Friday, there were only a few employees there and 2 customers so there wasn’t a lot of confusion going on so I don’t understand why or how this whole prescription could be wrong. Now I’m going to have to go back in and Try and get this straightened out! Before that A guy working there charged me $146.00 for my prescriptions, I told him that can’t be right I have good insurance. He wanted me to pull up and wait about 15 minutes to try and get it straight but had already left fit 45 minutes because they said it would take that long to fill my 3 prescriptions. I didn’t want to wait any longer than I already had so I paid the full price. I sent my husband to pick up some of my prescriptions about a week later they gave him a gift card for the overcharged prescriptions but then when I went to get those prescriptions filled again they said I couldn’t get them until February 26th!!! Omg!!! They were wrong! He just reimbursed for the medications I had to pay full price for on And those were the medications they were saying I had to wait until the 26th to get! On my bottle, I got them filled on January 14th, so it was time to get my prescriptions! They had to Reset their computer to get it to Accept me getting my prescriptions When It WAS Time To Get Them! I’m so frustrated, and so stressed out over all of the mistakes made at this store. It shouldn’t be like that. It should be simple, but it is always something! I hate their automated system as well! It is Alway malfunctioning. I was told be it the other day I Had Already Picked My Medicine Up!!!! Unbelievable!!! If it doesn’t get easier I’m going to have to find another pharmacy. I’ve been going to what was kings for about 25 years and now this CVS. I Never had 1 prescriptions short of medication Ever! Never had all the other mistakes and systems problems! I dread having to go in and try and my CORRECT amount of medication of 30 pills and find out Why they’ve put January 29th as the date IT WAS FILLED!!! Thank God I have my receipt Showing the Correct Date!

Every since the change from kings to cvs ITS HORRIBLE service. Go to HEB pharmacy. They actually have employees that care.

Very rude. I do however love Mrs. Maryann. She is always very sweet, caring and patient.

I have to visit at least once a month. Although they changed owners, I was more displeased that the old owner did this to their customers they so called cared about. There was little to no notice they were selling out and from my understanding not even their employees knew. I was happy to see that the one pharmacist I dealt with from King’s stayed. He has continued the amazing service he gave before. As for King’s I will never trade with them ever again. If they did it before they will do it again. If you truly care about your customers and employees you would have at least allowed people to be aware so they could change pharmacies before the sell out. That’s what led to the mess in the first place. After a few months I decided to give a fair review of the store. I find the staff is incredibly kind and understanding. I have had one issue but it was handled immediately by the old King’s pharmacist. There is almost no wait at all. I’d say give them a try.

The staff they have working here are incredibly rude. I'd rather go anywhere else.

They have gotten better, however you can tell they lost a lot of business. You can go right in or drive right up. There is no one there so it is quick. I noticed behind the counter the prescriptions waiting to be picked up are very few. Kings had tons back there.

Kings pharmacy will be sorely missed. This is bad news. Already can see a difference in the quality of service and care. Not cool.

Nowhere near the level of service of their predecessor Kings pharmacy. The issues we had seemed to be mainly about call ins. Called two prescriptions in only one was available. This seems to be the continuing theme that was the main complaint from everyone in the long line of people waiting were all echoing. The other main issue I heard about was the new store does not accept the insurance they had. It took two trips 30 minute weight each time to get two prescriptions filled. I know about half of the pharmacists there and one of them pop around and asked me if everything was okay and that they had half new staff new systems and please bear with them for a couple of weeks and I would be up and running smoothly by then. I trust this guy so that's exactly what I'm going to do and I will re review on my next visit. Last note they have remodel the place somewhat and added two or three isles in the waiting areaI guess that's what their business model calls for but it's kind of ridiculous because the isles are packed with people waiting in line and there's a lot of chaos in that the lines are so long it's hard to tell where they begin and end. They should have left the layout alone
